A good choice
The communication the day before the journey was very good. Confirming our transport the day before and then when traffic in Sydney was bad I was informed the driver would be 10 minutes late (which was totally accurate) and shared his location so we could see his exact location. He was very helpful with baggage and very polite and professional. The only minor issue was that his vehicle was not as clean as I would have expected and he was not dressed as neatly as I would have ecpevted.

Driver never showed up, Viator was the MVP.
Driver never showed up for our scheduled Sydney airport transfer. We waited about 20 minutes, calling and texting with no response. I contacted Viator while waiting, and they also couldn’t reach him and immediately offered a refund. The confirmation email came through within minutes. Viator’s support saved this experience, but one star is generous for the driver himself.

Due to a system upgrade, combined with the last-minute nature of the booking, our system was unfortunately unable to dispatch the booking as expected. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and sincerely apologise for the oversight. We have requested a refund from Viator for this booking and will ensure the matter is followed up accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Great option to Ride-share
As I live relatively close to an airport, taxis and ride-shares are not always thrilled with not getting much bang for their buck so this service is a great alternative - not much of a price difference, luxury vehicle plus a polite, helpful driver.

Great experience with a great driver
This was a great service. The driver was great with communication before the ride. On the day of our trip, he was on time and got our luggage loaded and everyone in our big group set. Overall, great value for money if you have tons of luggage and/or family with mobility issues that would make taking public transportation difficult.
