4 am AirPort transfer took us through many streets of Cairo as we wended our way to the airport. Kareem did a great job and got us there without delay.
I was pleased when my ride was waiting for me. Just as promised. A little surprised at how shabby the car was. No water was offered. If you want somebody that will take you to your hotel at a very reasonable price. This is your guy.
I booked the pick for 8 pm from cairo sphinx airport. A small airport with only one exit from arrivals. I waited over an hour and half nobody was waiting. A local took pity on us and contacted the number on our behalf. The operator said they had our bookin reference but didn't have a contact number for the driver. We had to take taxi to hotel. The following day the driver messaged said he'd been waiting for 3 hours and that he had messaged me. Complete lies only message I got from him was one he sent when I was already on the plane asking for flight number. Obviously didn't receive the message until I arrived and was able to use hotel Internet. When I eventually left airport their was only 2 or 3 locals outside entrance. This driver was not there. I would definitely not recommend this company. Take an uber it is a fraction of the cost and you know they will be there.
its so sad to hear this Actually this is first case its very strange when you book pick up and you did not leave any details about your flight Number or even your number to contact you more than this you did not responded about our messages Via Viator more than this you did not put your mobile number you have to know that cairo airport are so big 3 terminals How we can search about you and we do not have any information However, the driver was waiting for you at the airport. Perhaps you might contact us, and we also sand you many messages via (Viator Messages ) But unfortunately you did not respond to any message Only when you arrived at the hotel . you sand us a message that you wanted a refund This is unreasonable

The driver was on time picking us up from the airport, which i really appreciate. Driving in Egypt is a little crazy, but he was an expert maneuvering the roads and avoiding traffic.

The driver was prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely use the service again. The tour company was in constant communication via WhatsApp right up until the time the driver picked us up. He was carrying a sign with our names to identify himself.
