They were easy to find and took good care of us to and from the airport. They handled all the luggage and were very courtious
Very nice company to book with. Made it super easy to find them at the airport with their green sign. We had to wait about 20 minutes in the heat before our ride showed up. When he exited the vehicle, he locked his keys in the van, so we had to wait for another van to arrive. Other than that, everything was great. Very prompt and friendly service.
Happy Shuttle is very responsive and helpful in all forms of correspondence (email, WhatsApp, etc.). They are on time and more affordable than other options.

Great communication and instructions for the airport pick up. Minimal wait at the airport and a friendly driver. Pick up from my hotel showed up about 10 minutes early, which was awesome.

I was very happy with HAPPY Shuttle. They picked us up at the airport quickly and then again at our hotel for the way home. I would definitely use them again. They also email you to warn you about scams at the airport. I go to Mexico often so I know but great advice for first timers.

The Happy Shuttle team gave us confidence through our trip to Cancun. They sent emails explaining how to get through the airport and find pick up. I have had difficulty walking and they were ready to move our luggage. In the van they gave us a beer and talked light conversation with great music. They explained in person pick up and meeting location. Pick up driver also very friendly and timely. We were worried about check in times at the airport, especially with my walking. But all worked out and we were able to get wheel chair service as well. All the time getting timely emails. I recommend using them and I will again.
