The ticket I received was for the wrong day even though had confirmed the details specifically by email. Reached out the night before flying (after the ticket time) and have yet to receive a response. Airline now rebooked me to arrive the next day due to a weather situation, reached out again. We will see if I get a response

The attitude to service is Terrible. We booked a return transfer and they were over an hour late to collect us. They decided unilaterally to change our pick up time as our flight was delayed. They did not call us and we sat for over an hour in reception. We had to repeatedly call them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them and will not use them again. The hotel staff were helpful and arranged a local taxi for us.
Hello Customer, First, we want to apologize for the confusion with departure transfer service. We value every customer feedback and take it has a learning experience to do better. After a review of what happen, we realized the intentions of dispatch team was well intended, but it should have been handled differently. The dispatch team thought with a 3 hour flight delay, that you would have preferred to wait at the resort instead of sitting around at the airport. Instead of advising the resort, the dispatch team should have spoken to you directly and have you confirm your wishes. We are putting procedures in place for this not to happen in the future. For your taxi departure, this was fully covered by us. Again, we thank you for your feedback and will use it to improve our services. Best wishes to you and your family for the holiday season.
