Use to love these guys, but now there experience in the last year has gotten worse and worse. On this trip we asked for a pick up from the hotel to the harbor for a boat tour. We had our 1 year old daughter with us and they dropped us off 4 blocks from the boat! We provided clear instructions from the boat company weeks in advance and it wasn't relayed to the driver. We showed the driver the information and he still took up to the drop spot. It wasn't in a safe location to take my family and clearly they didn't want to apologize and fix the situation.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our readers, but this person is a liar. We can't leave it four blocks away as they claim because the dock is right next to the road, and all the boats are there. The entire marina is well-lit and has constant traffic, so it's unreasonable to say it was in an unsafe place. He never contacted us about this problem, and now he's saying we didn't want to resolve the situation. All our units have GPS and are constantly monitored for they leave our clients in the exact place. With this comment, we know you're the person who threatened to leave a bad review if we didn't comply with their demand. He wrote to us asking for a discount and for us to give him the 30 minutes of free shopping he wanted, and if we didn't agree, he threatened to leave bad reviews everywhere, and this is one of them. This was your message: If i add a 30 minute grocery visit on july 28th, can you add that for no extra charge? We used Eliker Transfer for our round trip airport transfer. The process was easy, they communicated well, were waiting for us when we arrived and picked us up from our hotel on time. The drivers were friendly and accommodating, vehicles were clean and roomy. We would absolutely recommend and use them again!
Don’t hassle with shuttles or buses. Takes forever and then you have to sit down and book your way back as they try to upsell you. This - on the road without skipping a beat. At your doorstep before you know it. You spent money to get here - get here faster.
Excellent choice m, all very friendly when leaving the airport in two minutes we were above the van, super recommended.
Was easy to find Eliter sign after exiting the airport. There were at least two there waiting from the company. Our driver was super nice and had cold beers and water waiting. We felt safe driving and he confirmed our round trip pick up when he dropped us off. Pick-up was equally great. Our driver was there a half hour early and we were ready early so it worked out well. He new a short cut around the traffic which was nice to not have to wait in traffic. Great experience all around.

Easy booking and easy to locate the Eliker representative. Friendly and safe ride. Driver offered advice on good sports bars.
Brilliant service from beginning to end. Picked up right after exiting the airport (you might need to ask around to find Eliker Transfer as it is very busy). Brilliant quick supermarket stop, comfortable cars with exceptionally friendly drivers. You got confirmations about a day before pickup, which is the confidence you need in your vacation that all is on track. Driver was waiting already early on at the hotel in the morning. All rides felt safe and sound, definitely will book again.
Totally satisfied with Eliker Transfer. We did a roundtrip airport transfer to our stay at The Cape. Their website was easy to use. They contacted me via email in advance, and they were easy to find at the airport upon passing through customs. Our driver was friendly, the vehicle was clean and in good condition, and I enjoyed by complimentary "Mexican water" for the ride. ;) I had a little apprehension because I chose to pay mostly in cash, but there was no awkwardness. I paid for the whole trip upon arrival at the hotel. They emailed me 24 hours before our pick up and were right on time. No hassle at all about payments. We ran into a little construction traffic on the way back to the airport, but they got us through it in plenty of time. All around very friendly and professional, and would use them again.
I would highly recommend Eliker Transfer in Cabo to travel to and from the airport. They were very professional, courteous and prompt. We paid and reserved transportation before we arrived in Cabo so we were greeted by Eliker Transfer upon arrival and they took us directly to our destination. They also arranged the pick-up for the return to the airport. Their vans were especially comfortable and an easy ride for 7 people.
