• Dies ist ein privater Transferservice. Nur Ihre Gruppe wird teilnehmen. • Für alle Kreuzfahrthafenabholungen ist eine bestimmte Abholzeit erforderlich. Sie können Ihre bevorzugte Abholzeit bei der Buchung angeben, oder wir empfehlen Ihnen einen geeigneten Zeitpunkt basierend auf Ihrem Abflug. • Kostenlose Wartezeit beträgt bis zu 45 Minuten ab der geplanten Abholzeit am Kreuzfahrtterminal. • Wenn der Gast länger als 45 Minuten verspätet ist und wir keinen Kontakt aufnehmen können, kann der Fahrer entlassen werden. • Zusätzliche Wartezeiten können je nach Fahrzeugverfügbarkeit aufgenommen werden, sind jedoch nicht im Viator-Tarif enthalten und müssen direkt mit dem lokalen Anbieter vereinbart werden. • Cruise Terminal Pickup-Verfahren : - Bei der Ausschiffung müssen Sie Ihr Gepäck abholen und durch Zoll und Einwanderung gehen. - Folgen Sie der Beschilderung „Limousinen, Shuttles und private Touren (Tür D)“ und verlassen Sie die Tür D, wo Sie den Limousinen-Versandstand finden. - Check-in mit dem Hafenwärter am Stand. Geben Sie Ihren Namen an und geben Sie an, dass KJ Limousine Services Ihr Limousinenanbieter ist. - Der Hafenwärter wird Ihren Fahrer dann vom Außenhaltebereich absetzen und Ihr Fahrzeug wird innerhalb von etwa 8–10 Minuten in der Passagierabholzone ankommen. ⚠️ Bitte beachten Sie : Die Abläufe im Hafen können sich ändern. Great experience - very easy to book and pickup went smoothly. Met us directly in the cruise terminal with quick delivery to the airport to catch the 12-noon flight out of Vancouver. We were there by 9:30 AM. Had a great, narrated tour of Vancouver along the way - what a bonus !

Excellent and reliable transport. We received enough information prior to pick up with clear directions. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. The shuttle was nice and clean. Big enough for 6 of us with our luggage. The driver was amazing. Very pleasant and happy early in the morning. He was very friendly and informative. The only thing we did not like that because it was a private shuttle, we had to wait a bit, maybe 30min to get the shuttle, even though he was already waiting for us. This has nothing to do with the company, it was a port rule. This is for all the private shuttles.

Super easy to use coming from the Canada Place cruise terminal. The text support was great at informing me of where the driver was, and when I had to adjust my pickup time slightly it was no problem. Our driver was a delight, and had lots of interesting info about Vancouver. He was super helpful. Would definitely use them again!

Reliable and timely with excellent communication on both of our trips from Vancouver airport to our hotel on the waterfront, and then back to the airport from Canada place cruise port. Cars were spacious even for our group of 5 adults and spotless.

Arrived for our transport a bit early actually which was nice but unexpected. Super friendly driver, helped us load our bags and made a nice drive to the airport. Great communication from this service as well!
