1) Kommunikation ist der Schlüssel : Geben Sie Ihre bevorzugte Kommunikationsmethode (Telefonanruf, SMS oder eine bestimmte App) an und stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Telefon bei der Ankunft aufgeladen und zugänglich ist. 2) Bezeichnete Treffpunkte: "Treffen Sie sich an der Gepäckausgabe" oder "Curbside, Tür 11". 3) Fluginformationen & Tracking : Teilen Sie Ihre Flugdaten (Fluggesellschaft und Flugnummer) mit, damit der Fahrer seinen Status verfolgen und seine Ankunftszeit entsprechend anpassen kann, insbesondere wenn es Verspätungen oder vorzeitige Ankunft gibt. 3) Gepäckabholzeit : Wenn Sie Gepäck aufgegeben haben, berücksichtigen Sie zusätzliche Zeit für die Gepäckabholung, insbesondere für internationale Ankünfte, die auch eine Zollabfertigung beinhalten können. Vielleicht möchten Sie lieber am Bordstein abgeholt werden, nachdem Sie Ihr Gepäck abgeholt haben und bereit sind zu gehen. Bitte bleiben Sie während der Gepäckabholung mit dem Fahrer in Kontakt. 4) Spezielle Bedürfnisse/Wünsche : Kommunizieren Sie alle spezifischen Bedürfnisse, die Sie haben können, wie z. B. Hilfe bei Gepäck, Kindersitzen oder einem barrierefreien Fahrzeug benötigen. 5) Für internationale Reisende : denken Sie an eine Pufferzeit, lassen Sie zwischen der Ankunft des Fluges und Ihrer gewünschten Abholzeit etwas Pufferzeit, um mögliche Verspätungen zu berücksichtigen und die Gepäckabholung und das Verlassen des Terminals zu ermöglichen. 6) Alternative Park-/Wartemöglichkeiten : Wenn die Person wartet, die Sie abholt, verwenden Sie bitte ein Handy, um uns oder die Person zu kontaktieren, geben Sie den Grund für die Wartezeit an. Manchmal müssen sich Autofahrer außerhalb der Abholzone oder des kostenpflichtigen Parkplatzes bewegen, um Staus am Bordstein zu vermeiden. 7) Bleiben Sie auf unerwartete Änderungen vorbereitet : Der Flughafenbetrieb kann aufgrund von Wetter, Verkehr oder anderen unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen unvorhersehbar sein. Fast professional and no delays. Our driver Mack contact me two day before mi trip to double check all information and see what. Vehicle will fit our needs like the luggage size.
Airport pickup was canceled by the service four hours prior to our arrival time, which did not allow me time to reschedule with another operator.

Mack and Royal were amazing! It is a bit chaotic getting off the cruise ship and finding your transportation but Mack really was patient and communicated well during the madness. Their cars were so nice and cool and they got all nine of us back to the airport in plenty of time despite the crowds. Highly recommend!!!!
Absolutely do not take them. I put in my reservation that I need a airport pickup at 5pm. I landed at exactly 5pm but the driver called and said that he had to take another family??? That doesn’t make sense it was a private round trip booking he should have only been taking me. I waited an hour probably 45 minutes longer than I should have and just took a taxi. Don’t use

Not to mention that you take a while to receive your luggage. We are a private car service, and the round-trip is private, we never said that we will have another family in the car but mention that as your flight arrived late and during the rushing time, we only request your understanding & patience due to high traffic and other circumstances involving late arrivals. We want to provide our sincere apologies. However, I can assure you the wait was not 45 minutes, you only message us you left after we call you to let you know the driver is waiting. My husband and I are not big travelers and we’re worried about our transfers. Our travel agent actually had you picking us up at another hotel. Once I noticed the mistake you corrected it with no hassle and kept in touch as to your exact arrival. Driver was very polite and friendly. He got us to the airport in perfect time. Pierre did a fantastic job. He arrived early ( as did our flight) and picked us up quickly. He was able to get us immediately to our hotel and provided some feedback about the area(our first time here). He even provided contact information for us to book a return trip to the airport. Driver complained about our meeting time. Make sure they have your plane number and expected time of arrival. Driver later called back and made issue about his hair brush missing to my wife.
