Our pick up never showed. We did get a refund but it was annoying and a bad start to our vacation. Np
Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that our driver was at the airport for over two hours with a sign displaying your name. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you during that time. We later learned that you took another cab to the resort. Although our driver was present and we were not contacted, we still provided a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We understand this was an inconvenience, and we hope the rest of your vacation went smoothly.

They really made the experience smooth for us as far as booking excursions and transporting. I do wish transport rates was discussed prior when we discussed our excursions. The first day we had a driver named Dave and we loved him! He definitely made us feel safe and comfortable. After having him that first day we requested him for the remainder of the trip! I highly recommend Dave when booking!

I booked Island Treasures for our airport/hotel transfers. Firstly, they were easy to find and had our last name on a poster. Secondly, the driver from the airport to the hotel was very knowledgeable of Jamaican history and answered all our questions. Thirdly, they responded promptly to all my messages, there was plenty, we had a long delay in Miami and they reassured me they would be there when we landed. Lastly, both drivers were incredibly kind. My husband said “he’s someone I would be friends with”. Thank you so much for your superb customer service.
