Excellent service. Driver waiting our Anne on display. New vehicle and spotless clean. Friendly and professional driver. So nice to get into a luxury vehicle and be whisked away from the airport to your destination.

We took the planned bus transfer from the Alua Atlantico Golf Resort Hotel (by Ô voyages) to the airport of Tenerife South on 21/03/2026, the driver with glasses with a dark frame from Alsa was appalling, under the pretext that he had his bag placed behind him on the seat which is reserved for disabled people, he refused to allow my husband who has a Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) to sit in this seat in order to extend his leg. He was obnoxious and insulted in Spanish. Also arrived more than 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time of our hotel, he sent us for a walk when we asked if it was possible to go to the bathroom before leaving, given his reaction we refrained from going. This type of staff should have no place in these human services because they have been contemptuous with the tourist who makes his region live.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Tenerife South Airport. The security staff acted unkindly and disrespectfully towards us. We found the controls unpleasant and sometimes humiliating, especially the way female passengers were treated. Overall, the staff seemed very irritable and unservice-oriented. In addition, my husband and I had problems with the allocation of seats during check-in for our flight to Cologne/Bonn ( Eurowings EW 253 ). Despite our demand for XL seats, we were informed that none were available anymore. We were given separate seats (20A and 14B). On the plane, however, we noticed that several XL seats were still available, which was not understandable for us. For a trip that costs a lot of money, we expect respectful handling and transparent procedures. Unfortunately, neither was given here. In our view, there is significant room for improvement at Tenerife South Airport – both in terms of dealing with passengers and in terms of organisation.

I was under the impression there is now an international charter which states that everyone with whatever mobility issues has the right to the correct assistance to be able the use the airport facilities comfortably - A message to Tenerife South Management you need to make yourselves familiar with the charter as your airport fails to assist on a professional basis - having had the misfortune to be the receiver of said 'special assistance ' on Sunday May 18 which was lacking on so many levels to list! Animals would be treated in a kinder way! You are given the impression that it is something you as an airport have to abide by but it's the travellers fault they have mobility issues and you make them feel like 2nd class citizens - I understand that this is the norm at your airport from other travellers who have experienced similar instances of being made to feel it is their fault they need extra assistance- very uncaring - shame on you Tenerife South airport!

Was supposed to be English speaking but driver did not speak English. Also - was told and paid for 40 mins from Airport to Hotel when it was only 10 mins. Over paid

Despite an initial miscommunication on our first pick-up, the drivers were friendly and courteous. I would definitely use this company again. Tina who worked in the hotel was also very helpful.

Communication was professional and easy, the drivers on both trips were helpful, friendly and professional. They provided appropriate car seats for both children already fitted safely. They provided water bottles on arrival. Such an excellent service!

Our whole experience was fantastic start to finish. A new Mercedes V Class collected us which was immaculately presented. The driver couldn’t be more helpful, waters and fresh towels offered to us on route as well as phone charging points. Would only use this company for private transfers in Tenerife. Highly recommended.
