Wir können Sie am Flughafen abholen und zu Ihrem Platz in Rio fahren. Es ist ein privater Transfer in Premium-Fahrzeugen. Unsere Fahrer tragen zu Ihrer Bequemlichkeit Anzug und Krawatte. Sie erhalten vor der Ankunft seinen Namen, Foto und Telefon. Er wird eine Tafel mit Ihrem Namen halten. Er kann Englisch, Spanisch und Portugiesisch sprechen. Auf Anfrage sprechen wir auch Französisch und Italienisch. Unsere Betriebszentrale arbeitet 24 Stunden am Tag, 7 Tage die Woche. Wir prüfen alle Strecken und tracken Ihre Fahrt. Versicherung für Passagiere inklusive.

Driver's company was in constant communication via email and WhatsApp. He was waiting for me exactly where he said and with a sign with my name. Water and music was provided on the way and my luggage was taken to the front desk.

Removing one star because our initial driver canceled. They said it was due to a problem. They sorted it out but we have to wait for the new driver to arrive. Good thing I have phone service and saw their whatsapp message when we were about to leave the luggage area. However for the price you would expect that someone is already waiting for you as you get off the airport.
Hello Mrs Iris, Yes, we had a problem with your original driver on the way to the airport. There was an accident and we needed to wait for the cops report. Im sorry you needed to wait but we informed in advance and sent another driver. Wish you a lovely weekend and hope to have an opportunity to serve you again.
Never responded to communication the day before. Never showed up at the airport. A total disaster. Don’t book with them
We sent a message about the number of bags. You reserved a CAR for 4 people, 4 checked bags and 4 carry ons. For these number of guests and bags it s not reasonable to book a car. We informed, cancelled and full refund your booking. Im sorry you had a bad experience but Im sure you needed to use two cars for your group.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The service was truly seamless, especially after a long flight into Brazil. I really appreciated the consistent communication leading up to arrival, and the thoughtful touch of sending a selfie of the driver so I knew exactly who to look for at the airport. Marcelo was professional, friendly, and an excellent driver. He got us to the hotel quickly and safely. Highly recommend this service for a stress-free arrival.

We had issues with our flight and the driver was not flexible with the time to pick up and so we ended up losing our service and couldn’t rebook for a later time (same day) when we actually arrived. Paid money for nothing and was hard to communicate to the service provider during a very difficult time at the airport. Everything else went wrong that day I was hoping at least one arrangement would have been able to be pushed back so we would have a ride in a foreign country. Very disappointed.
Hello Mrs Kristen, Im very sorry you had a bad day. When you informed us that you had a problem at the airport, I asked you to rebook with no extra charge. Unfourtunately, when you tried to book, we had no more availability for the time that your new flight was supposed to arrive. We fully refunded you for the cancelled ride, even knowing that the problem you had at the airport was NOT our fault. As you mentioned, everything went bad for you that day and Im very sorry for this, but it was nothing related to us.
Communication was good when confirming my pickup. The driver was there on time waiting for us when we arrived. The car was clean and comfortable and got us to our hotel with no issues. I would use them again
