Was waiting right outside baggage with sign with our name on it. Van was ready and got us to our hotel quickly

Even though our plane delayed and arrived very late, our driver Pedro was very responsive and waited for us until 12:30 am. He messaged us and showed up at airport.
Easy transfer from the airport to downtown San Jose. The driver will contact you through WhatsApp to tell you where they are so make sure you have that downloaded and set up before you arrive in San Jose.
