Bei Abholungen vom Flughafen oder Bahnhof beträgt die inbegriffene Wartezeit 45 Minuten. Sollte es zu Verzögerungen kommen, die nicht von unserem Fahrgast zu vertreten sind, bitten wir um rechtzeitige telefonische Kontaktaufnahme, um die Wartezeit verlängern und andere Fahrten verschieben zu können. Außerdem benötigen wir die Flug- oder Zugnummer, um Verspätungen oder frühere Ankünfte nachverfolgen zu können. Die Abholung vom Flughafen in der Stadt erfolgt 2,5 Stunden vor Abflug, sofern der Kunde nichts anderes wünscht.

Our driver was right on time and we had a very pleasant trip to the airport. We felt it was well worthwhile to book this airport transfer to avoid dragging our luggage down the street to the railway station, and then having to make a train transfer, before finally getting to the airport! The cost was a bit more but the convenience was worth it.

Friendly, knowledgeable, good English and, miost importantly, patient. Our luggage was delayed but not an issue for our driver.
