Thomas of Glasgow Transfers picked us up at our hotel to drive us to Edinburgh airport for an early morning flight. He arrived on time and drove us in luxury - a Mercedes. He was friendly efficient informative and got us to the airport in good time for our flight despite heavy traffic which he knew how to avoid. I booked a private taxi for 7 of us from Edinburgh to Glasgow for the Take That concert at Hampden, and the service was brilliant. John, our driver, was great from start to finish. He was on time for both pick-ups and made everything really easy. After the concert he'd arranged a simple pick-up point that was easy to find, which saved us a lot of hassle. We were then straight back to Edinburgh in plenty of time to catch the Scotland World Cup game. John was friendly, helpful, and a genuinely nice guy. We used GLA Transfers to book a taxi home after the recent Take That gig at Hampden which is notoriously hard to get back from. The whole experience was excellent. The booking process was easy. I had let them know that my sister was blind and that I was keen for contact from our driver early in the day to arrange a spot as I am not familiar with Hampden. Zak, the driver, was amazing. Despite traffic being chaotic he was professional and well mannered throughout. He entertained us the whole way back. It was excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My driver was very friendly and helpful and I got to the airport quickly and smoothly. I made a mistake online with the address of where I was staying and the driver straightened it out and was on time.

This company is always excellent, polite, professional drivers, immaculate vehicles and above all reliable. That makes a huge difference for early morning flights, the peace of mind of knowing that you have an allocated driver and that they are on their way is brilliant. Very competitively priced as well.

By far the best and easiest airport transfer I’ve had. They had the car seats ready to go for the kids, helped the luggage and prams. On the return journey driver was waiting at the pickup in the car park and got us home in the wee small hours. Only airport transfer I will be using in future.
