We had a great experience. When you book they ask you for your schedule up front but our driver was very flexible with editing stops and giving us feedback. He did give us a brief history lesson which we enjoyed. One thing to note, parking is not included, he will try his best to find free but it's usually a fee for majority of the places. He did sit down with us for our meals as well. When our 8 hours was up and he was nice enough to dropped us off our room wasn't ready but he was nice enough to drop us off at alternative location at a mall nearby.

We had a wonderful tour with Shane! He was excellent communicating with us before the tour and at the airport pickup. He took us on a tour of everything we wanted to see with our limited time in Seoul. He walked with us and explained everything and my family loved having him as a guide. He then dropped us off at our hotel in Incheon at the end of the day.

Jimmy is very nice and friendly as well as speak English very well. We are very happy with our trip with him.

Alfonso was a wonderful guide. Our day started with a prompt pick up. After a conversation about what we hoped to see, Alfonso crafted the perfect day for us. We started by going to the Odusan Unification Tower to view the DMZ, and Alfonso was incredibly knowledgeable! Knowing that we were very interested in historical and cultural sites as well, Alfonso took us to Joseon Royal Tomb. We also went to the Korean War Museum and ended the day with an authentic tea, all of which were on our wish list. He also helped us navigate a pharmacy to pick up some much needed items. :) All in all, I highly recommend Alfonso as a tour guide.

Friendly and very polite. A person with a lot of knowledge about history. He guide us to place that we wouldn’t go if it wasn’t for a local, the food was delicious where he took us and the places that we went were fantastic. He showed us a interesting side of korea, we learned a lot about their culture and for that we are grateful. If you want a good experience, get Mr. Kim.
