we were provided a detailed location of where our driver would meet us. He was on time and waiting for us when we arrived at the location. He contacted the water taxi enroute and walked us over. The water taxi driver delivered us to the end location. He also assisted us with getting the bags off of the water taxi. The whole process was absolutely seamless. There was no waiting at all. A very pleasant experience after a long international flight.

Our driver Gabrielle was excellent! He was on time, called as soon as we were off the plane, had a sign with our name on it, and had a nice clean vehicle with plenty of room to accommodate us. He dropped us right to the front of our hotel and gave us some tips for our stay. Very kind and pleasant!

Followed instructions to meet driver just outside baggage claim, driver was not there waiting for us. We reserved a minivan and driver was in a hatchback, said we were supposed to have only two bags, we had six total. Could not enter car from driver side back seat, had to get in on other side and scoot over, large counsel in the middle that was difficult to get by. Seats were horribly stained. Vehicle needed brakes desperately and would grind every time we slowed down. Driver was very courteous and helped with luggage to get water taxi, but told us normally you are on your own.

The driver showed up on time with my name and transferred me to water taxi. Car was big clean and the water taxi was also nice! We were a family of five so i was happy with the service!

Great coordination and seamless transfer. Would recommend to any first timer to save you the hassle of waiting in line or getting lost. You get a car ride and a water taxi taking you to the closest point near your hotel.

Airport pickup. Van to water taxi to S Marco pier to hotel. Everything connected perfectly. They arranged for me to get a porter to get my luggage from the pier to the hotel.
