Excellent experience. Driver was exactly where he said I should look for him. And lots of pre-pickup communication to confirm that the driver would be there. The driver (Marlon) was also extremely friendly. A big two thumbs up!

Driver was on time and polite car was clean and the communication with the company was easy the driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrive and the company was in contact with me from us landing to when we were with the driver I would recommend this service I thought it was great

Excellent experience, the driver was waiting just outside the airport exit, once you clear customs and immigration. Immediately helped us with luggage to the van which comfortably fit our family of 5. Smooth ride with lovely driver.

Driver was a nice person. But he did not turn on the A/C for most of the trip. It was very hot! We had to tell him to close the window and turn on the A/C.

I didn’t get the opportunity to use this service. My flight was changed last minute, I communicated with them as soon as I could but was ignored completely. Instead their next message to me was to tell me the driver left because we didn’t show up. I reached back out to them to confirm they had gotten my previous message and was ignored completely again. Even after I reached out to viator I was never told why I was ignored, they offered to give me a refund that I didn’t ask for then denied the refund. Their reasoning showed that they saw my messages and blatantly chose to not respond. I do not recommend this service.

The communication prior to our departure was good and our driver was friendly and professional. I’m glad we had a driver booked before starting a long travel day.
