The arrangements in Bangkok were fine. We only waited 2 minutes before our driver arrived. Our car was clean, and our driver was polite. Can't find fault going from the airport to Hua Hin. The same can't be said for our return journey from the hotel to the airport. The company sent an electric vehicle for this trip, which had to stop to recharge for 20 minutes. As a result, and not factoring in traffic congestion, we had only half an hour to spare before boarding once we cleared security. As a consequence, our plan to buy items at the airport didn't happen. In hindsight, it would have been a better option to only use this service from the airport to Hua Hin and book a local car for the return journey.

I loved the clear communication. I received a text confirming the time and pick up point. Then I received a picture of the car. And then 20 minutes before scheduled pick up time a picture of the car on site at the hotel. The car was first class, super clean. Our driver very professional and made sure we were comfortable with food and restroom stops whenever needed. Highly recommend.

Our flight arrived early into Bangkok and the company organized an early pickup. We only had 15 minutes to wait and we were on our way.

Clear communication before pick up along with clear instructions as to where to meet. They even sent a photo of who to look for and a picture of the sign board. This made it very easy to find them in a big airport. Car clean, water provided. It was a smooth trip, good driver. Would definitely recommend.

Safe travel From BKK to Hau Hin was a long 3 hr drive Pick up was 19:00 and a long 3hr drive Driver was on time

No one showed up! and was told on the phone there was no booking, when I had a booking and reference number. Then told, sorry go on the website and maybe get a refund. none of this is helpful when I'm at the airport after a long flight without transport. Luckily the express airport service lady stepped in and saved the day - she was excellent. i booked through Viator to get a seamless service from the plane to Hua Hin, it appears they cannnot do this, so how could i recommend them?
Booked a taxi through Viator for the next day from Bangkok to Hua Hin. Was sent clear instructions which worked out perfectly. The rep was waiting at Gate 2 as we were informed. Waited only 10 minutes for the taxi which whisked us off on our 3 1/2 hour journey.
