the airport was closed due to the accident so the flight was cancelled but no refund. the taxi was not able to come to the airport it's non y fault
Arrived at Turin airport late in evening and needed transfer to city centre accommodation. Booked through VIator in advance. Driver was waiting at arrivals with a clear sign, straight to car (very nice car) and smooth transfer into Turin. Really took the stress out of travelling with family.
<p>Driver was waiting for me on time. Very professional manner. Handled all my baggage. Provided chilled water to drink. S-Class Mercedes sedan into Turin. Brought me to my destination with no problems. I'm sure I paid more for this transfer than I would have for a taxi, but it was worth it. Would recommend and definitely take again.</p>

My driver was waiting for me outside the baggage claim, carried my large suitcase, and drove me directly to my destination. The best part was that it was already paid for so I was on my way! <p>They met me at the airport and brought me to my hotel. I liked this service because I could prepay with a credit card and did not have to worry about carrying around extra cash to pay for the transfer.</p>
<p>We had a very early flight out, and I wanted to lock in our travel to the airport. They completely delivered! We arrived to a sign with our name on it, the car was a Mercedes Benz and the driver was very professional. Best service was on our way back. We had a 7:30 flight, they promised to be there at 5:30, and they were! Same Mercedes, white glove service. Very satisfied.</p>
<p>He was prompt, helpful with my bags and trip to hotel was smooth. I would have liked if the driver spoke English so I could of asked and gotten some insight and recommendations of the city I was visiting.</p>
