Never been to Switzerland so driver was better option for us and he was waiting. Very expensive but convenient.
The driver and the car were fantastic. The price was a complete rip off. I use Viator a lot - and often book transfers from the airport to the hotel. The price was $125. I took a cab on the return (a very nice SUV, not that different from the vehicle that picked me up) and the cost was $25. I expect a markup of 2X or even 3X, but not 5X. I felt violated by a company that I have come to trust. The trip took 15 minutes. It should not cost $125.

We would like to attract your attention that comparing Private Transfer with a taxicab is not correct, Private Transfer includes personalized service, a parking fee at the airport, waiting time at the airport, and of course, the level of service. All our cars are brand new, and the drivers are professionals with multi-year experience in customer service. We are not just providing transfer from the airport, we are monitoring the flight in case of delay amending the timing, and keeping direct contact with the customer in case of need. Also, the rate of 25 USD for a transfer seems a bit unbelievable, we don’t know what kind of cab transfer you took, but in the field of Private Transfers, this rate is definitely not possible. It was nice to see that our driver was waiting for us in the spot they said after flying in from Germany. Very reliable. Very friendly.
They never showed. We ended up getting a taxi. Never notified us. We were waiting and waiting. Then called and they said they didn’t have anyone to pick us up
I have already used Alptransfer's service for a while and totally satisfied. The drivers always were polite and willing to support. Most importantly that they had a name board at the airport. I come to Switzerland quite often and definitely, will remember you guys. I really appreciate your professionalism.
