On arrival, for the price you’re paying, you would expect somebody to greet you at the baggage claim to help you with your luggage and clubs, that didn’t happen you have to carry your stuff outside of the airport to the bus stop. For departure the driver was 25 minutes late, no apologies. Just take it or leave it. With options like Uber in Maui, there’s no need to use the service like this, you’ll pay half as much

Arrived to pick us up 40 minutes after the time we requested. We made our flight but it put a new level of stress on the day.

Driver was nice. However I booked a mini van because we had a surf board bag. After booking they told us we had to pay an extra $15 just because we had a surf board! This makes no sense, I was already paying for a more expensive car because I needed a large car! Surf board bag fits even in a sedan. Shady company!

Our driver, Kevin C, picked us up at our hotel right on time! He was so helpful and made the drive enjoyable. I feel like we made a new friend. The vehicle was new and clean. It was nice to have a private driver vs. a group shuttle.
