In fact, we contacted you the day before the tour precisely to reconfirm these details and avoid any misunderstanding. This reflects our commitment to clear communication and customer care. It is also important to highlight that you did not take the tour, which means you are not in a position to evaluate the actual experience, service quality, or value that we provide. Our reviews from guests who have completed the tour consistently reflect a positive and worthwhile experience. Despite the small inconvenience, all planned activities were carried out as scheduled.
