Private Zhujiajiao Water Town Tour mit Shanghai Zoo und Panda

Maisie and our driver made sure we navigated the extreme heat in Shanghai and had a wonderful day seeing Panda, Red Panda and Tigers at the Zoo without getting too hot! We also had a great trip to the Water Town which wasn’t too busy on our trip. Thank you!

Our day with Michael was one of the highlights of our visit to Shanghai. He was punctual, friendly, and made everything easy from the moment he picked us up at our hotel. At the zoo, he shared interesting facts and made sure we didn't miss the must-see animals, especially the giant pandas. His suggestion to take the tram was a great idea and made the visit much more comfortable. The afternoon in Zhujiajiao Water Town was equally memorable. We enjoyed authentic local dishes that Michael recommended, followed by a scenic boat ride through the canals. Strolling through the old streets was so much fun, and Michael was happy to let us explore at our own pace while pointing out the best places to shop for unique souvenirs. Michael's knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the entire day enjoyable and stress-free. If you're looking for a guide who creates a personalized and memorable experience, we highly recommend him.

Very good day, Started with meeting Robert in our hotel lobby and he showed us to the pickup vehicle, which was very spacious, We headed to are first location the Shanghai zoo where Robert sorted out the tickets and the best way around the zoo to see the best animals, then we headed to the lovely town of Zhujiajiao where Robert showed us around and told us the history of the town, then showed us to a lovely restaurant for some lunch then we headed back out where Robert took us for our boat ride through the town.

Highly recommend this day tour. Annie was amazing tour guide- very friendly and personable and knowledgeable . we had a lovely couple hours around Shanghai zoo ( pandas were the highlight) before heading off to the beautiful water town for a stunning boat ride and lunch and souvenir shopping. Car was immaculate ( and lovely and cool - great respite from the heat!) and Mr Zhu driver was punctual. Communication before event was great via whatsapp

Lea was friendly, very accommodating to our needs and was knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. This was a great tour for our family, it checked all the boxes. The zoo and the waterway was beautiful, we highly recommend it!

What an excellent Tour. The amount of time is perfect, got to see and do everything we wanted without having to wake up very early and still got back to our hotel with pleanty time to spare for the evening. Highly recommend this tour. Our Tour Guide Robert was excellent, very friendly, kind and informative. Loved the whole experience.

This was an excellent day. Right from the word go, Lea our guide was informative and friendly. Her English was very good and she was genuinely interested in learning about NZ, as she was about educating us about the China. Seeing Pandas on this trip was a must and we were fortunate they were actviely feeding when we saw them. The zoo grounds are very well kept. The history of the ancient water town was amazing and the preservation of the area was something to be admired. Floating along the canal was quiet surreal. Some amazing photo opportunities here. To top the great day off, Lea went out of her way to point us to a foot massage near our hotel.

We had a fabulous day with Michael! He picked us up at our hotel at 10am and we went directly to the zoo. He showed us the highlights (of course, the adorable pandas were first!), then the tigers and many other animals. He thoughtfully got us the tram ticket to reduce walking and crowds. We then went on to Zhujiajiao Water Town, had a delicious local lunch that Michael ordered (including baby shrimps and water bamboo!), then took a fun boat ride, and did lots of shopping on the fascinating streets of the town. We loved the Water Town Tour! Michael was very patient with our wanting to stop and look at things and offered great ideas and suggestions for where to get best souvenirs. We got back to our hotel about 5:30pm. Michael's English is excellent. We highly recommend this tour and Michael. You won't regret it!

Do it! Completely worth it. They picked us up from our hotel in an air conditioned van and had unlimited water bottles for us. Robert was amazing, so easy to talk to and have fun with. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The tour was extremely well organised, the guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day enjoyable and stress-free. Every stop was beautiful and gave us plenty of time to explore and take photos. Transportation was comfortable, everything ran on time, and the overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. One of the highlights of my trip — highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!
