Private Weingüter Tour von Valencia (Morgentour)

Es ist ein Morgenausflug in die Weinregion Utiel-Requena. Ihr Fortgeschrittener ist ein auf valencianische Weine spezialisierter Sommelier, der Sie über die Geschichte des Weins, über die Rebsorten und vieles mehr informiert! Um 9:30 Uhr werden Sie abgeholt; wir fahren zunächst zum malerischen Dorf Requena, wo wir einige Höhlen aus dem 9. Jahrhundert besuchen, die zur Lagerung von Getreide, Öl und Wein dienten - die alten Tontöpfe sind noch da. Dort machen wir eine erste Weinprobe... Von hier aus fahren wir zu einem Weingut in der Nähe von Utiel; wir gehen in die Weinberge und durch das Weingut und enden mit einer Weinprobe einiger ihrer Weine. Nach der Weinprobe fahren wir zurück nach Valencia, wo wir gegen 14 :00 Uhr ankommen sollten. Diese Tour kann rollstuhlgerecht gemacht werden - nur auf Anfrage, und im Voraus! Wenn Sie 1 - 2 Personen oder mehr als 8 sind, kontaktieren Sie mich direkt! Bis zu 4 Personen : Ich benutze ein kleines SUV MG ZS E-Fahrzeug, komfortabel für 4 normalgroße Passagiere. Lassen Sie mich wissen, wenn Sie denken, dass Sie ein größeres Fahrzeug benötigen (Preis wird anders sein).

Dies sind Höhlen aus dem 9. Jahrhundert, in denen Getreide, Fleisch und Wein gelagert wurden. Die schönen alten Tontöpfe sind noch da. Die Höhlen befinden sich unter den Häusern im alten historischen Zentrum des Dorfes. Wir machen eine kurze Führung und dann eine erste Weinprobe.
In diesem sehr authentischen Weingut aus dem 19. Jahrhundert machen wir eine geführte Tour, bei der wir die Weinberge, die Produktionsbereiche und den Fassraum besuchen. Danach können wir einige ihrer Weine probieren.

My wife and I had an amazing tour of wineries in Utiel-Requena with Johan, who provided door-to-door service from our hotel in Valencia. We started with a walking tour of La Villa de Requena (the Medieval Old Town of Requena), followed by a visit to Bodega Honda in the heart of La Villa. Our next stop was a fun tasting at Bodega Chozas Carrascal followed by lunch (and more wine of course) at Bodega Vera de Estenas. Johan, who is a sommelier, was incredibly knowledgeable about Utiel-Requena wines and provided very informative explanations of all the wines we drank, as well as the wine-making process. If you want to do a winery tour near Valencia, we highly recommend doing it with Johan!

We had a great time with Johan! It was truly a highlight of the trip. My friends and I enjoy drinking wine, but don't know much about it. Johan was knowledgable without being intimidating and had a very good sense of humor about our lack of knowledge. He taught us a lot about the wines but also about the history of the vineyards/towns we visited. We'd do this again in a heart beat.

This was a great experience for our family of 3 young adult sons. None of us are wine experts but we learned so much from our guide, Johan. He covered the basics of wine tasting, he shared his immense knowledge of wine making, and we enjoyed 8 tastings from 2 different wineries. It was a wonderful experience, and we found the history of winemaking in the Requena region fascinating! Again, Johan was fantastic!

As a Sommelier, Johan, was extremely knowledgeable about the different wines as well as the complete wine making process. He was very friendly and seems to have great relationships with the winery and vineyard owners that we visited. If you’re looking to spend half a day learning about and tasting wine grown and made locally in Spain then I highly recommend this tour.
