Sie werden eine unvergessliche, maßgeschneiderte Tour zum größten privaten Weingut Montenegros erleben – dem Weingut Lipovac, das an den Berghängen des Skadar-See-Reservats liegt. Davon zeugen Amphoren und Krüge, die bei archäologischen Ausgrabungen gefunden wurden. Während der Tour lernen Sie die Geschichte des montenegrinischen Weinbaus kennen, probieren die besten Weine aus den autochthonen Rebsorten Montenegros und genießen die herrlichen Landschaften. Sie werden alte georgische Ton-Qvevri sehen, die direkt im Boden liegen. Seit 2011 steht diese Methode auf der Liste des immateriellen Kulturerbes der UNESCO; und italienische Terrakotta-Amphoren. Die Traditionen des Amphorenweins, die von den alten Griechen und Römern als Zeitmaschine perfektioniert wurden, ermöglichen es Ihnen, viele Jahrhunderte zurück zu reisen und die Getränke unserer Vorfahren zu probieren.
Diese Tour beinhaltet Besichtigungen und eine Führung durch die Lipovac-Weinberge mit autochthonen Rebsorten Montenegros. Es wird eine Technologiehalle mit professionellen High-Tech-Abfülllinien, einen zu 100 % von Menschenhand geschaffenen Keller von 60 Metern Länge und 10 Metern Tiefe unter der Erde mit zahlreichen Barriques und Flaschen geben. Ein georgischer alter Ton-Qvevri, der direkt im Boden liegt. Eine italienische Terrakotta-Amphore. Und zum Abschluss eine Weinprobe mit 4 Weinen und exklusiv kreierten Verkostungssnacks. Sie lernen auch die Idee, Harmonie, das Konzept und das Modell von Lipovac kennen. Auswahl an Aufschnitt: Prosciutto, montenegrinischer Käse und Oliven.

We took the degustation of 8 wines but we only had 7 because the Rosé was not of the season, it didn’t bothered us because 7 was enough. The wines were very good. I recommend to do the tasting ! Our host, Enver was the best. He gave us the best explanation, and advice. He was very nice and very enthusiastic about this job. Ham and cheese were very good. I 100% recommend. For 8 wines tasting, plan at least 2h30. Don’t miss this place !

What a super cool location. The road to it is not very good but also a nice experience. Arrived friendly received by the guide. We could choose 4 (€25) or 8 (€35) wines. If you choose 8, you can try all 8 wines from this winery. You get a nice drinks board with it.Tevens is a tour at the tasting. I tried some really good wines. Each one special. You'll get full glasses, by the way. So driving back was a problem 😉 in the end we bought nice le wines for reasonable good prices. Of course, there is one area for improvement: a cleaning lady is missing from the complex. Everything is fairly new and sleek. But it's okay to have a little cleaning done. Like dead flies and cobwebs etc. Anyway, you shouldn't stop this from happening. Book this tour!
This is one visit you will remember forever. It’s remote, but worth every minute of the drive. None of us could believe the spectacular scenery. The 7 wines were tasty and the meat & cheese platter tasty. Tim our host was very knowledgeable and helpful. There is no way to recommend this winery more. It rates a 100 out of 5.
The surrounding is astonishing. This is a pearl in the mountains of Montenegro. We took a spontaneous tour after our visit at Lake Skadar. Enver met us with great hospitality and provided us with an excellent wine-tasting session with finger-food included. We left with 2 local bottles. Highly recommended.

We especially liked the red Concept wine. We wanted a juicy steak and kharcho. Inver is a very attentive and caring host. Will be back!
Very good wine tasting. All 8 wines from the vineyard finished, plus snacks. The host was friendly and knowledgeable.
When We game it felt like is was no-one there Then Tom showed up as a manager for the wineyard. Very social and with his dog Patrik 😁 We took a chark-plate with 4 different wines and has a really relaxing time in the wineyard.
