Sehen, riechen, fühlen, schmecken und lernen Sie unsere Weine und ihre Geschichte kennen. Erfahren Sie mehr über Oliven und was gutes Olivenöl ausmacht. Bewundern Sie die mittelalterlichen Befestigungsanlagen der Stadt Ston und/oder probieren Sie die frischesten Austern, die Sie je gegessen haben! Jahrhundert. Salzscheiben - Dingac Hills – die berühmtesten kroatischen Weinlagen, wo die Trauben auf 40–60 Grad geneigten Hängen wachsen und das Beste aus dem Land, dem Meer und der Sonne herausholen! - Lokale Boutique-Weingüter (insgesamt 3 besuchte Weingüter) in Potomje und Ponikve – großartiger Wein, Likör, Käse und Bio-Olivenöl sowie hausgemachte, mundgerechte Köstlichkeiten mit einer Präsentation durch die Eigentümer - Mali Ston Bay – eine unberührte Bucht mit zahlreichen Austern- und Muschelbänken

Fotostopp, gefolgt von einer Kurzgeschichte des lizenzierten Führers über die Geschichte des Salzgeschäfts und der Austernzucht in Bay of Ston. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gehört die Festung Toljevac. Koruna Fort, Kapitänshaus, Altstadt von Mali Ston
Machen Sie einen Zwischenstopp in der mittelalterlichen Stadt Ston für eine kurze Tour und einen Kaffee. Die ganze Stadt Ston ist von einer 5,5 km langen Mauer (der zweitlängsten erhaltenen Mauer der Welt) umgeben, die von einem Meer zum anderen reicht. Sehenswürdigkeiten: Ston City Walls, Ston Salzscheiben, Great Kastel Fort, gotisches Stadtzentrum, Saint Blaise Kirche, Franziskanerkloster
Das Dorf Potomje ist Peljesacs berühmtestes Weindorf, in dem fast jede Familie ihre Weine produziert und verkauft. Wir halten in 2 handverlesenen Weingütern an, in denen die Gäste die Weingüter und ihre Keller besuchen, die Geschichte der Weinproduktion jeder Familie hören und ihre köstlichen Rot- und Weißweine (insgesamt 10 Weine und Liköre) mit kleinen Häppchen probieren. In diesem Dorf gibt es Dingac-Wein - einen der besten Rotweine in ganz Kroatien, sodass unsere Gäste die Möglichkeit haben, seinen Geschmack genau dort zu genießen, wo er wächst!
Malerische Fahrt durch den Dingac-Tunnel und Fotostopp in der Dingac-Weinbauzone. Dingac-Reben wachsen auf 40-60 Grad geneigten Hügeln mit spektakulären Szenen der Inseln Mljet und Lastovo sowie der Fischerdörfer Trstenik und Zuljana.
Auf dem Rückweg halten wir im Ponikve-Tal - bekannt für die Weinproduktion ab 13 ct. (Dubrovnik mittelalterliche Aristokraten tranken oft köstliche Rotweine aus Ponikve). Die Tour endet am 3. familieneigenen Weingut, wo die Gäste die Möglichkeit haben, den Weingutbesitzer zu treffen und die Weinpräsentation zu hören, gefolgt von einer Weinprobe (insgesamt 5 Weine und Liköre).
