Tourist staircase!!! Disgraceful! €148 paid. No one from the organization was present. Sir was free. 4 1/4 glass of wine received, dry crackers and 10 cubes of supermarket cheese. I contact Amex to file a complaint and Tripadvisor itself because this is a scam. People to us had paid less than 1/3 of the price and were given full glasses of wine, paella and dessert. Disgraceful!
Great experience, friendly and informative guide
Great visit to a winery. An opportunity to know the wines from Majorca, that pleasenty surprised us. The guide from the winery explained us all very well in a very good English.
Beautiful vineyard just outside palma great half day excursion. Friendly and amenable hosts with plenty of wine in a stunning relaxed atmosphere.
Wine was excellent. Person serving the wine was very good. This was the saving grace of the tour. The wine farm kind of forgot about the tour though but not really their fault as we were late as our driver had to turn back to fetch 2 people who were late. Transport was not so great- 4 people who didn't know each other (plus driver) squished in a small car - quite unpleasant. Driver didn't really communicate we were turning around and seemed a little disinterested overall.
Unfortunately I had to rate this activity as a 1. First I must say that the wine was great and the winery ambience was beautiful but the reason for the low rating was the tour guide. He was completely uninterested in both the wines and in creating a welcoming experience. He went thru the motions and kept looking at his watch. When the tasting was done he never said anything. A group of 10 of us just sat there waiting. Usually there is an indication we are done by stating an appreciation for us coming and telling us about purchasing wines. All he did was start clearing glasses and told one tour participant that there was no more wine when he asked if we were done. Felt totally underwhelmed with the experience unfortunately.
Thank you for your comment. We take all feedback seriously, but what you describe does not reflect the experience we normally deliver. Our tours usually include detailed guidance, a warm conclusion, and the chance to purchase wines
The tour guide and the Viator partner were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The wine was excellent and the grounds were beautiful.
This was a magical day in Mallorca — the vineyard was gorgeous — the wine was fabulous and our guide Jordi was wonderful! I wish the afternoon had never ended. This wine tasting experience is a must when visiting Mallorca!
