Great highlight tour of The Masters on Level 2. Patrizia our guide was amazing - it was seamless, she was funny and knowledgeable. Nice time allotment (not too long) allowing to peruse on your own (Level below and more).

Great guide. Check in people - not so much, Felt like they were laughing at my elderly mother - I could be wrong about what they were laughing about - but regardless it was unprofessional. Guide was AMAZING. So knowledgeable, patient with and elderly person who needs to go slow, sit often etc.

We booked less than 24 hours before the tour and had an amazing time! The tour was only the three of us in our group, which enabled us to customize the tour to what we wanted to see. We had a private tour with headsets so we could hear everything our guide said, which is important as the crowds are large. I wish I could remember our guide’s name but she was just terrific. Knowledgeable, engaging, easy to understand, and worth every penny. Wish we could hire her for all our museum tours in Florence.
