Excellent service. But somehow the rate was twice what was advertised (though I could have declined to pay at that point).
Our group of six was visiting Guatemala for the first time, and they made our arrival to Antigua absolutely seamless! They were early, greeted us with a sign, communicated throughout the process, and were incredibly kind and professional. They even stopped for us to try local beers and patiently waited over an hour while we shopped. Because the experience was so great, our group decided to use them for the rest of our trip. They’ve continued to be extremely responsive, reliable, and accommodating, even offering us a group discount and waiting for us during our round-trip trip to Lake Atitlán. If safety, reliability, and great service are your priorities, don’t hesitate to book them! They truly go above and beyond.
