Der Besuch besteht aus einem 1,5 km langen Rundweg entlang des Flusses Algar („Höhle“ auf Arabisch), um die durch die Karstformung des Kalksteins entstandene Landschaft zu bewundern: die spektakulären Wasserfälle; die zahlreichen Quellen, die aus der Doroca entspringen; die „Tolls“ (Altwasserbecken) mit reinem und kristallklarem Wasser, die früher als „Quelle der Gesundheit“ galten; der alte Damm, der imposante Kanal und die jahrhundertealten Bewässerungsgräben, die noch heute in Gebrauch sind. I really liked the excursion. On the way to the location, the tour guide showed beautiful places and told about the settlements. At the location, he explained where to go and how to do it better. The time was chosen so that there would not be very many people. The waterfalls themselves are very beautiful and exciting. I recommend

The area is lovely, the driver very professional and knowledgeable. There is a lot of walking: stairs and uneven surfaces. It does get crowded but we went in the am and missed most of the crowds. I could have spent a little more time there to enjoy the swimming, restaurant and gift shops there!
