If the time spent at some locations was shorter, this was due to the group’s own choices and the day’s circumstances, not because the stops were skipped. • At the end of the trip, you gave the driver a €200 tip. It is extremely unusual for someone who claims to have received “nothing” to reward a driver so generously. This shows that in reality, you appreciated the service provided. • After the trip, you requested a refund on the grounds of illness. We find this incomprehensible and unfair – the service was completed and enjoyed, and refunds cannot reasonably be demanded for services already fully delivered. • In addition, you posted three separate negative reviews for one single trip, which we consider a deliberate attempt to damage our company’s reputation. • Regarding your claim about “reckless and fast driving,” our driver has provided us with GPS records that clearly confirm he never exceeded the legal speed limit during the entire journey. That said, we also acknowledge that mistakes can sometimes happen on our side too – we are human, and humans are not perfect.
