Auf dieser privaten Tour entdecken Sie die wunderschöne Landschaft Kataloniens auf einer fesselnden Weintour, bei der wir Sie durch die Weinberge in Penedes führen, einer Region, die weithin als Heimat der modernsten und innovativsten spanischen Winzer gilt. Wir werden drei der wichtigsten Weingüter in Familienbesitz des Landes erkunden und mehr über den komplexen Prozess der Herstellung von Wein und Cava (katalanischem Champagner) erfahren. In jedem Keller erklärt ein Weinexperte seine individuellen einzigartigen Prozesse und erklärt uns, wie man seine verschiedenen Sorten erkennt, und wir werden das Privileg haben, in jedem Wein und Cavas zu probieren. Zusätzlich zu den Weingütern werden wir zur Mittagszeit anhalten, um ein Drei-Gänge-Menü in einem lokalen Restaurant einzunehmen. Beginnen Sie Ihren Tag mit der Abholung von Ihrem Hotel oder Apartment in Barcelona und fahren Sie in einem komfortablen Fahrzeug in die Region Penedes, weniger als eine Stunde von Barcelona entfernt. Lange Zeit als eines der besten Weinanbaugebiete des Landes angesehen, ist es auch eines der ältesten Weinbaugebiete Europas. Die Region Penedes produziert seit der Römerzeit Wein und verkauft heute mehr als hundert Weingüter in mehr als 380 Millionen Flaschen. Zuerst besuchen Sie ein Weingut mit Signaturweinen auf einem 40 Hektar großen Grundstück aus biologischem Anbau, wo Sie den Einfluss der Essenz des Mittelmeers spüren können. Tatsächlich war es in der Römerzeit eine mutatio (Raststätte), da es Teil der Via Augusta war. Von Anfang des 13. Jahrhunderts bis heute ist es im Besitz derselben Familie.
Setzen Sie die Tour fort und besuchen Sie das erste Weingut in den Penedes, das ökologischen Wein für den dänischen Markt produziert hat. Seit Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts wird das Unternehmen von derselben Familie geführt, die 100 Prozent ihrer Felder für die ökologische Produktion mit 15 verschiedenen Rebsorten nutzt.

This private tour was a unique opportunity to explore the beautiful wine region outside of Barcelona while traveling in comfort and conversing effortlessly with our wonderful guide Miguel. Miguel went out of his way to make this experience memorable for us. He was engaging, knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. Miguel’s passion for Catalan culture added to the enjoyment of the tour. He took every opportunity to customize the trip to our specific needs and interests. As a bonus, he has a photographers eye and often asked if he could take a photo of us with spectacular scenery as a backdrop, leaving us with nice mementos of the day. We learned much about the process and challenges of creating fine organic wine from the three wineries we visited. It was a wonderful day and we highly recommend this tour and tour company!

Very impressed with this tour. Our tour guide was Feliciano and from the second we met up with him he was absolutely phenomenal. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the city of Barcelona and the wines all over the region. He gave us a lot of useful information about the area and places to have some good food and drinks. Feliciano was even so sweet he offered to take multiple photos of us for our memory. We ended up taking home 8 bottles of wine and local olive oil and honey. We went to three beautiful wineries out in the Penedes region and we were blown away by the beauty of it all. Our lunch was delicious and my boyfriend who is a picky eater loved it. They gave us plenty of options to choose from for lunch. I would highly recommend this tour because you will not be disappointed.
