Reiseverlauf

The tour guide was very enthusiastic and provided attentive service, and the driver drove very smoothly.
Amazing experience of ancient ruins but expect long drives and most likely traffic. The two attractions are far from each other so give yourself at least 7 hours.
Wow! We can't say enough good things about our experience. Ramon was so knowledgeable and knew the answer to every question we had. Him, along with his driver, Monte allowed us to take the tour at our own pace. We never felt rushed and could tailor the experience to what we wanted. He seemed generally excited to share all of his knowledge with us. Not only was it incredibly informational, but it was so much fun and exciting. The day went so smoothly with them taking care of every detail of our experience. Since there were protests outside of our hotel, they even met us in our lobby and walked us to where it was safe to be picked up. I would also highly recommend getting the included lunch, as even the meal was incredible overlooking the pyramids. We never felt pressured to stop at gift shops or to purchase things, but they were very flexible when we wanted to do so on our own accord. I can't recommend this experience enough! This was my second time booking this tour, and after experiencing as a solo traveler, I knew I wanted to do this again with my friend, and this time was even better than the last.
Both our guide and our driver were spectacular. Martha was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as well! Would recommend if you can work with Martha to do so.
This was exactly what my group was looking for - A private tour that was catered to our specific needs; We had a specific time in mind to return home, and our incredible guide, Marta, was able to make it happen. The experience was completely seamless. A reminder email received the day before our reservation, asking that we confirm the tour the following day. On the morning of our tour, we opened our front gate at precisely our pick-up time to find Marta and our private van awaiting us on the street; It couldn't have been easier. Marta was helpful and kind, and her knowledge of the sites and the history of Mexico City in general was astounding. In our group of eleven, some had visited Teotihuacan and the Basilica before, while others had not, and at the end of our visit one of our group who had toured previously commented that Marta's commentary and expertise was far superior to what he had experienced on his prior visit. This tour is top-notch, and shouldn't be missed if you need a bespoke experience and/or truly care about the facts and information surrounding the destinations.
Marta was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Made this excursion a great experience. The pyramids are a must see.
We had a great experience overall with Roberto. He was patient with our 6-person family (all adults) who had various questions and interests. However, if you’re looking for an in-depth historical tour, you also need to visit the Museum of Anthropology. We were out for the entire day which was great and worth the cost, especially considering you get to visit 3 sites.
Thank you so much for visiting and for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're delighted you enjoyed the experience. We designed this tour to offer a dynamic and engaging introduction, but we fully understand that history enthusiasts often want to delve much deeper. For your next visit, we'd like to remind you that we offer 100% personalized private tours, where we can design a tailor-made itinerary and explore local history as much as you'd like. We look forward to welcoming you back!
Great tour of Teotihuacan and Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe including delicious lunch. Our tour guide Veronica was fantastic. She spent the entire time providing us a history of the sites, details of cultural significance, tips for viewing, and lots of help with a 102-year old family member.
We greatly enjoyed having George as our guide, tons of knowledge and he was fun to talk to. The driver was great though I can’t recall his name! Loved seeing the pyramids which I’d wanted to see for so long! I gave it 5 starts to give George snd the driver the credit they deserved! However the food at lunch wasn’t great, and the staff at lunch wasn’t that friendly, Also didn’t care for the obsedian “tour” where there was pressure to buy something. Would have been better to have better lunch options but it’s also not an area with a lot of options!
We had a very full and information packed day with Roberto and Antonio. They led us through a thorough visit to Teotihuacan, the temples of the Sun and Moon, a visit to an obsidian workshop and the Guadalupe shrine.
