We had a lovely time with Honey! He was really informative and knowledgeable about the location and where we had to go. He made our trip memorable!
Moon was a great driver and his knowledge of the area around Mt. Fuji was extensive. We scheduled this very last minute, due to another company failing to show up, so it turned into a long day, but his patience and kindness made up for a rough start to our day.
Wonderful Private Mt. Fuji Tour with an Excellent Guide! We traveled from California and had a wonderful private tour of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding attractions with our guide, Honey! Our group of four included a retired church pastor and his wife, so we wanted a comfortable, relaxed experience without feeling rushed. The day before our tour, Honey thoughtfully contacted us through WhatsApp to let us know that Saturday traffic could make the drive to the Mt. Fuji area take up to five hours. Thanks to his advice, we decided to start our day at 6 AM. Although the drive was long, leaving early made all the difference! We were able to visit the attractions on our itinerary at our own pace, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and even take leisurely breaks for coffee and refreshments. What we appreciated most was how flexible and personalized the entire experience was. We never felt rushed, and we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. It was exactly what we had hoped for in a private tour. I highly recommend Honey to anyone looking for a well organized, comfortable, and truly customized Mt. Fuji experience! His thoughtful communication and flexibility made our day especially enjoyable.
Very organized and good tour to see the fuji area. Our guide Rana was excellent.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Mount Fuji tour and found everything well organized. Rana will be very happy to know you appreciated his guidance. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again on your next trip to Japan!
We had enjoyable experience with our guide, Muhammad, a very energetic young person, who is knowledgeable about history of the area attractions/ activities, about Mt Fuji and the surrounding area. This helped to enhance our experience. On the day our visit, Mt Fuji peek was obscured by clouds, but Muhammad kept looking for the opportunity and was continuously monitoring Live web feeds updates. We had left the area, for the return journey, and than he found out about clouds moving and, and he drove back 30 min, found a specific viewing point, and we were lucky to see the mountain peek clearly. His dedication for the customer’s satisfaction by going extra miles, is commendable. We had an enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend him.
Amazing experience driver showed up at the exact time, picked us up from our hotel in Tokyo, drove us to each location, walked with us everywhere we went, helped us pick foods to snack on at each location, provided the history of each place and took the most amazing pictures of us everywhere we stopped. It was a fantastic journey and highly recommend this to anyone going to Mr Fuji.
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Our tour guide was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and knew every detail about the area. He took us to the best spots and knew exactly where to go for beautiful photos. What impressed us even more was his photography. He took several pictures of us, and honestly, they look like they were taken by an expensive professional photographer. He knew the perfect angles, lighting, and locations, and the photos came out amazing. Beyond that, he was kind, attentive, and made sure we never felt rushed. He truly made the entire day special and turned our tour into one of the best experiences of our trip. We could not have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable tour and incredible memories. Thank you for making our day absolutely fantastic!
Amazing time our tour guide was very kind and walked with us at every stop. He even climbed 500 steps to the temple we went to! He explained and introduced us to all the different foods that were there and took the most amazing pictures of us! My wife was thrilled with the pictures and the amazing service. He picked us up from our hotel in Tokyo and dropped us off at the train station where we need to go to get to our next hotel. I highly recommend this service from our experience and will use him again anytime we are in Japan. Thank you so much g for everything, you’re awesome!
We had such an amazing day, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Adi. From the moment we started, he brought such great energy and made the whole experience feel relaxed, fun and genuinely personal. Adi wasn’t just knowledgeable about the area — he had some amazing insights and took us to some incredible spots that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. What really stood out was how flexible and accommodating he was, especially with the weather. He was more than happy to adjust and customise our day so we could still make the most of the experience. You can really tell that Adi cares about the people he’s showing around, and his hospitality made the day that much more memorable. We honestly couldn’t thank him enough for such an awesome experience! I’ll definitely be back, and if I am, I’ll absolutely be requesting Adi again. Hopefully my Fuji makes an appearance next time too! 😄 Thanks again, Adi — you’re a legend!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 😊 We’re delighted to hear that Adi made your day fun, comfortable, and memorable. Your kind words mean a lot to us. We hope to welcome you back again—and hopefully with a clear view of Mount Fuji next time! 🗻😄 Warm regards, Galaxy Travel and Tours
Muhammad was a very nice guide. Unfortunately we didn’t See the Fuji at all. But that was of course not his fault. He did a great job.
