Die Fahrtzeit für diese Tour beträgt ungefähr 3 Stunden und 10 Minuten, wobei Sie 4 Stunden und 30 Minuten (mit Flexibilität) an den Sehenswürdigkeiten verbringen.

Pollok Park liegt am Stadtrand von Glasgow und die Hauptattraktion hier sind die berühmten „Hairy Coos“ (Hochlandrinder).
Auf dem Weg nach Falkirk bringen wir Sie zu den größten Pferdestatuen der Welt, zwei legendären schottischen Seepferdchen, die als „Kelpies“ bekannt sind. Mit einem Gewicht von jeweils 300 Tonnen und einer Höhe von 100 Fuß sind sie eine Meisterleistung der Ingenieurskunst.
Als nächstes steht Stirling auf dem Programm, das oft als „Tor zu den Highlands“ bezeichnet wird. Stirling ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit einem Zentrum voller historischer Straßen und unabhängiger Geschäfte. Wir schätzen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt hier etwa 90 Minuten dauern wird. Wenn Sie möchten, können wir Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts in Stirling zum Stirling Castle und/oder zum Wallace Monument bringen. Für beide wird jedoch eine Eintrittsgebühr erhoben, falls Sie sich für eine Besichtigung entscheiden.
Doune Castle war in der TV-Hitserie Outlander zu sehen, es war Winterfell in der Pilotfolge von Game of Thrones und der Großteil von Monty Python und der Heilige Gral wurde hier gedreht. Wenn Sie ein Fan einer dieser Serien sind, werden wir hier einen kurzen Halt einlegen, um draußen ein paar Fotos zu machen.
Unsere letzte besondere Attraktion: eine Kreuzfahrt auf dem Loch Lomond. Die einstündige „Experience“-Kreuzfahrt mit Abfahrt um 15:30 Uhr ist die einzige, die in unseren Zeitplan passt. Die Preise beginnen bei 16,50 £ für einen Erwachsenen mit verschiedenen Paketen für Familien und junge Erwachsene.
Wenn Ihnen eine Kreuzfahrt nicht zusagt, bringen wir Sie nach Luss, das als schönstes Dorf Schottlands gilt. Luss liegt am Ufer des Loch Lomond. Dieses denkmalgeschützte Dorf bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf den See, malerische historische Cottages mit farbenfrohen Gärten und einen „Hogback-Wikinger-Grabstein“ – eine seltene Art von Wikinger-Grabstein, die nur auf den britischen Inseln zu finden ist.

George was an excellent tour guide, full of stories about Scotland and very entertaining. He made sure we saw the sights we wanted to see and we skipped those that didn't interest us. We had a beautiful sunny day to enjoy Scotland's countryside. George was careful to get us back to our ship on time, especially with the rush hour traffic in Glasgow. Very fun tour with lots of laughs!

This was my most favorite day on our 16 day trip in the British Isles! Before our trip, Joao was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. I gave him a list of things we wanted to see and he fit it all into a perfect day. We were assigned Taiymur as our guide and we were so lucky!! Taiymur was FANTASTIC and made our day so amazing. This guide has history and facts about the places he showed us. He scouted blarney castle gardens ahead of time to show us the most impressive features. Great guide, best option out there.

We had a fantastic day touring Scotland thanks to our tour guide, Paul! There were six of us in our party, and Paul showed up on time, with a very comfortable van, and a pleasant, fun and laid back personality! We asked if we could change up the itinerary slightly and he didn’t hesitate to accommodate. He was knowledgeable on the history and sights of Scotland, and had fun stories and interesting facts. He even told us about his favorite bakery, as we were driving by, so we all said let’s go! He pulled right over and gave us a few minutes to go get some coffee and pastries. The sights we saw around Glasgow were beautiful and historic. We are so thankful we took this tour, but Paul truly made this tour fun and insightful!

Our tour guide, Simon, was exceptional! There were four of us in our group from Florida so the Scottish accents are sometimes challenging in a fun sorta way but he purposefully slowed down his speech and clarified words for us. He was an excellent driver and his van was very comfortable. He was quite knowledgeable about Scottish history and current events especially soccer and other sports. He had a well planned itinerary and allowed us plenty of time to explore at each stop. He took us to some fun, off the beaten path, places including a small town pub. We highly recommend Simon!!
