Private Führung zur Entdeckung des wunderschönen historischen Zentrums von Polignano a Mare, das auf einem Felsvorsprung mit Blick auf das Meer und seinem unverwechselbaren Panorama thront. Wir werden angenehm durch die charakteristischen Gassen des alten Dorfes schlendern, um mehr über seine Geschichte und Traditionen zu erfahren. Am Ende der Tour erwartet Sie ein angenehmer Genuss: die Verkostung des typischen „Spezialkaffees“ von Polignano oder ein leckeres hausgemachtes Eis.

Die Führung beginnt vor dem Marchesale-Bogen, um einen Teil der Mauern und die Fassade des Marchesale-Palastes zu bewundern. Stoppen Sie auf der Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, wo der Uhrturm und die Mutterkirche auffallen. Spazieren Sie durch die Gassen des alten Dorfes und blicken Sie von den drei Panoramabalkonen, von denen Sie die wunderbare Aussicht auf den Jachthafen und die Küste bewundern können. Fahren Sie weiter zur Piazza San Benedetto und Via Muraglia, und verlassen Sie die Altstadt, passieren Sie die Via Traiana und überqueren Sie die Bourbon-Brücke auf Lama Monachile. Der Spaziergang endet am Lungomare Domenico Modugno, wo die Statue aufgestellt ist, die dem Singer-Songwriter gewidmet ist, der auf der ganzen Welt für das Lied „Nel blu painted di blu – Volare“ bekannt ist. Am Ende des Besuchs wird ein "Spezialkaffee" aus Polignano angeboten, der mit Mandellikör, Sahne und Zitronenschale zubereitet wird, oder ein gutes hausgemachtes Eis. (Achtung die Verkostung ist nicht inbegriffen für nicht zahlende Minderjährige)

Valeria was an excellent guide. I learned a lot about the history of the old city, including details about the old fortifications. We strolled around and she spoke about the buildings in the main square and the relics and statues in the church. We then toured the new city and the magnificent views from different vantage points. The town is beautiful and the views tremendous. I highly recommend visiting and having Valeria as your guide.

The old town is gorgeous, the seafront promenade is stunning, Valeria is very knowledgeable and she has passion for the history. She showed us Centro Storico, Lama Monachile, Statua di Domenico Modugno, at the end we had ice cream at the popular cafe. We spend pleasant afternoon wandering around this quite town.
