Nach der Abholung der Reisenden fahren wir zum Hafen, von dem aus Sie ein leichtes Frühstück einnehmen. Später nehmen Sie an dem erstaunlichen Prozess der Vorbereitung des Heißluftballons für Ihren Flug teil. Ihr Flug dauert ungefähr 1 Stunde. Danach landen Sie und kehren zur Basis zurück, wo Sie ein Glas Wein genießen und ein Flugzertifikat erhalten, bevor Sie zu Ihrem Hotel oder Treffpunkt zurückkehren.

Incredible tour, great service and David was super attentive. Tour 100% private, only our family (we were in 04 people) both in the ground transport to the balloon, and in the balloon we only fly with the pilot. One of the favorite moments of our trip to Mexico City!
Incredible views, perfect organization, a great moment full of emotions. I can't think of any other more spectacular way to get to know Teotihuacan

I paid for a private ballon that costs me $800. Originally, my appointment was for 5am pickup and then the night before they said 6:15am pickup. I did not think anything of it. By the time I got to the launch location, it was only my ballon and one other ballon. The photogenic scene was not there. In the pictures you see dozens of ballon’s making the backdrop beautiful and a perfect photo opportunity. For $800, I got a private ballon, a later pickup and no scene of dozens of hot air balloons in the background. When I reached out to the host about a few things, he always read it, and never responded unless I asked him again 2 days later. I was inquiring about the dinner and he didn’t respond until a few days later. Same thing when I asked about the driver. Lastly, when I asked about the backdrop scene, he never responded. I feel ripped off and the balloon ride was not worth it. I lost out on $800. Never again. The proper thing would have been to inform me since I’m paying $800, that they would need to put me in the later slot for launch which will cause me to be up there alone and not offer me the scene of dozens of other hot air balloons. But they didn’t care. They just want the money.
Amazing experience! It was my girlfriend's birthday and they made it magical. A happy birthday sign, song, flowers, wine, and amazing drone footage. It was the highlight of her birthday weekend.

I proposed to my girlfriend during the balloon flight and the service around it was amazing! The came up with extra suggestions including a sign, rosses and champagne breakfast with mariachi band for the flight. Our driver Luis for the day was very friendly and helpful. The balloon pilot was very skilled and was an awesome guide! Seeing the temples from up above was really romantic and beautiful. All in all this made the day extra unforgettable. Can definitely recommend their service and would definitely recommend this trip!
