Vom Pier (oder Ihrem gewählten Ausgangspunkt) fahren wir zum alten Hafen von Mandraki, wo der Überlieferung zufolge einst der Koloss von Rhodos stand - eines der sieben Weltwunder der Antike. Am Eingang des alten Hafens stehen auf hohen Säulen die beiden bronzenen Hirsche – charakteristische Wahrzeichen der Insel. (Um die Website zu besuchen, brauchen Sie nur wenige Schritte - Kein Gehen)
Elli liegt zwischen dem Hafen von Mandraki und dem Aquarium am nördlichen Ende der Stadt. Ist der kosmopolitische Strand von Rhodos-Stadt
Wir fahren zur Akropolis von Rhodos (mit dem Auto kein Aufstieg). Auf dem Weg sehen Sie die Nordspitze der Insel, wo sich das Mittelmeer und die Ägäis treffen. Sobald wir Monte Smith - Akropolis von Rhodos-Stadt erreicht haben, halten wir an einem Aussichtspunkt für einen Panoramablick auf die Stadt (wenige Schritte - kein Spaziergang). Wir fahren weiter zu einem Aussichtspunkt, von dem aus Sie den Apollontempel und das antike Stadion sehen können (nur wenige Schritte - kein Spaziergang).
Nachdem wir mit den Highlights von Rhodos Town fertig sind, fahren wir 50 km südöstlich der Insel nach Lindos - Auf dem Weg besuchen Sie die Anthony Quinn Bay - Scenic WICHTIGER HINWEIS: An stark frequentierten Tagen kann es in der Anthony Quinn Bay extrem voll werden, was aufgrund der hohen Anzahl parkender Autos die Zufahrt oder Ausfahrt für Fahrzeuge erschwert oder sogar unmöglich macht. Um keine wertvolle Tourzeit zu verlieren, können wir stattdessen den Besuch der Anthony Quinn Bay durch einen kurzen Fotostopp (auf dem Rückweg) am Kallithea Viewpoint ersetzen (bitte beachten: Wir betreten Kallithea Springs nicht). Diese Anpassung ermöglicht es uns, die Gesamtqualität und den Zeitplan der Tour beizubehalten und dennoch einen schönen malerischen Halt zu bieten.
Auf dem Weg nach Lindos können Sie optional eine kurze Pause in einer Töpferwerkstatt einlegen, in der die traditionelle Töpferei von Rhodos hergestellt wird. Sie können die wundervollen Kunstwerke sehen und den Töpfer beobachten, der an seinem Rad arbeitet. Sie können sogar das Geheimnis der pythagoreischen Tasse lernen! Auf dem Weg nach Lindos sehen Sie den Tsambika Beach - Sandiger, glatter Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser
Auf dem Weg nach Lindos halten wir an einem Aussichtspunkt für ein Panoramabild aus der Entfernung von Lindos Beach. Wunderschöner weißer Sand, flache, ruhige See und tolle Strandseite. Der Strand wird von der schönen Akropolis überragt. Vom selben Punkt aus können Sie Ihre Panoramafotos des Weißen Dorfes und der Akropolis von Lindos erhalten (Wenige Schritte - kein Spaziergang)
Wir fahren in der Nähe des Dorfes an einem Aussichtspunkt (wir betreten nicht das Dorf Lindos), damit Sie Ihre Bilder vom Dorf und der Akropolis aus der Ferne erhalten können (auf diese Weise überspringen Sie den Weg und haben das ganze Bild von dem Platz) Wenn Sie im Dorf Lindos wandern möchten, teilen Sie uns dies bitte bei der Buchung mit, damit wir die Tour an Ihre Bedürfnisse anpassen können. (Nur wenige Schritte - kein Spaziergang)
Wir fahren Sie in die Bucht des Heiligen Paulus hinunter, wo der Apostel im Jahr 51 n. Chr. Gelandet sein soll, um den Rhodiern das Christentum zu predigen. Von hier aus können Sie auch die Höhle sehen, in der der Film „Die Kanonen von Navarone“ gedreht wurde - Wilde Naturlandschaft
Auf dem Rückweg von Lindos halten Sie im Küstendorf Haraki am Mittelmeer direkt am Wasser für ein köstliches Snack- oder Mittagserlebnis mit frischen Meeresfrüchten / griechischer Küche und ausgezeichneten lokalen Weinen. Szenisch. Wenn Sie mehr Zeit im Küstendorf wünschen, können Sie mit Ihrem Fahrer sprechen. Sie können die Tour auch unterwegs gegen Aufpreis verlängern Zu Beginn und am Ende der Touristensaison können wir das Restaurant am Meer durch ein traditionelles griechisches Restaurant ersetzen (traditionelles griechisches Restaurant von November bis Ende April)
Wir fahren zurück und die letzten 14 km fahren wir über die Küstenstraße von Faliraki und Kallithea. Die Strände in Faliraki bestehen hauptsächlich aus Sand und das Wasser ist glasklar.
Wir fahren zurück nach Rhodos-Stadt und fahren über Kallithea. In dieser natürlich gestalteten Umgebung wurde der Film "Escape to Athena" mit Telly Savalas und Roger Moore gedreht. Einige Szenen aus dem Film "The Guns of Navarone" wurden auch hier gedreht. Zurück in die Altstadt von Rhodos zum unabhängigen Surfen oder zum Schiff (oder zu Ihrem Hotel). Die mittelalterliche Stadt ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Kreuzfahrthafen entfernt

Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, wann Sie Ihre Tour beginnen möchten A) RHODES KREUZFAHRTHAFEN: Wir treffen Sie am Dock, direkt aus Ihrem Schiff mit einem Schild auf dem Fahrzeug, das Ihren Namen zeigt. Normalerweise neben den Reisebussen Ihrer Kreuzfahrtlinie. Wir dürfen ins Dock. Rhodos ist ein Hafen (Alle Passagiere steigen direkt am Pier aus, keine Tenderboote oder Seilbahnen), so dass es einfach ist, von Bord zu gehen. B) HOTEL: Wir holen von jedem Hotel in Rhodos-Stadt (unserem Hauptsitz) ab. An der Ostküste der Insel holen wir bis Kolymbia (25 km von Rhodos-Stadt). An der Westküste der Insel bis zum Paradisi Village (14km von Rhodos-Stadt). Wir treffen Sie in Ihrem Hotel (direkt vor der Lobby) mit einem Schild auf dem Fahrzeug, das Ihren Namen zeigt.

Beautiful round trip. What was particularly impressive were the old town of Rhodes, Lindos, a pottery, and a tavern located in a beautiful spot. The driver and tour guide Michael was very friendly, explained a lot, and drove very carefully. Highly recommended excursion.

Michael from Rhodes Private Tours was early to pick me up from my hotel. 5-hour tour included a tour of Rhodes town, a drive around the medieval wall, Acropolis, temples, Lindos, and LOTS of phenomenal viewpoints! Michael was incredibly knowledgeable about Rhodes history, food, people, and landscape and was extremely communicative and flexible. Lunch at a small family-owned Greek restaurant was a great highlight. The owner (Nicolas) was very responsive in emails and followed up after the tour. Outstanding service! Communication prior to and during the excursion was excellent. Nicholas (tour operator and our pre trip contact) and Michael (our tour guide) met my wife and me where the ship docked within the restricted area. It was easy to identify our tour guide as our name was predominant displayed on the dash of the Mercedes sedan. Michael has long term, deep knowledge of Rhodes which he integrated into our tour. I enjoy photography and my wife enjoys history/culture and Michael was able to weave these interests together seamlessly. He was also funny - sharing antidotes about daily greek life, restaurant experiences etc. He provided water and even had a stash of euros if we didn't have the correct change for the water closet. We loved the stops at Giannis Pottery, Anthony Quinn beach. St. Paul beach and Lindos. This tour was easily our favorite excursion on our Adriatic Sea and Greek Isles cruise. Nicholas called during the second half of the tour to ensure we were enjoying our tour and if there was anything he could do to make it better.

Wonderful relaxing tour for 4 'older' women. Lovely drive to Lindos. Wonderful friendly/ knowledgeable tour guide/driver stopped for us to take pictures as we requested, stopped for a cool drink and to buy some great local products. Cannot say enough about a great easy tour and fantastic guide.

From the moment we entered his Mercedes , Kostas provided an amazing history of the island. His knowledge was increeible and such a treat to listen to him and see such amazing places. He was willing to take us anywhere we wanted. We went all over the island, stopping along the way. Our last stop may have been the most memorable. We went to a seaside restaurant and proceeded to pick out our own red snapper which had been caught that morning! Fabulous food and a fabulous guide. Don’t miss this tour !! Kostas is truly a gentleman and a history scholar! The lunch was extra but so worth it!

We had such a wonderful time with Michael!!! He was so knowledgeable about your beautiful island and showed us the best views and sites of Rhodes. My husband has Parkinson’s and has difficulty getting around, but Michael made sure he could see all the sites without getting in and out of the car constantly. I was able to get out and take all the photos I wanted. He got us into places a tour bus would never have been able to get to. And his knowledge of the ancient history was spot on! We had lunch at a beautiful and private little restaurant right on a bay with amazing views. Loved hearing about his family and all family life in Rhodes. I would definitely take this tour again.
