Private Tour durch die Prager Burg und das Burgviertel

I do this for a living. So I've traveled to many countries and have taken countless tours. This is the worst tour I've been on in 5 years of business. We couldn't hear her. We kept asking her to speak up but she quickly got quiet again or turned her back to us while she was peaking so we still couldnt hear. I kept asking her to make to speak up and not turn away when speaking. I could not be more disappointed. I have 16 people on this tour and every single one of them told me they were bored because they simply couldn't hear. In addition she did not wait for guest who move slower (and she was fast). She leaves them behind and I had to wait for them and then figure out where she was. We have had several tours here and this is the first that there is an issue. Guide seemed nice but the experience was awful.

This tour was booked for the castle— the tour guide was not informed of this ( although he was wonderful!) I would be careful with this one as the tour may not be for the area you are expecting..

Great program. Must do in Prague. Very efficient way to learn about Prague - history and architecture... Very knowledgeable guide. Maintained everyone very interested through the 3 hours. Highly recommended.

Despite prior booking and confirmation, we and other guests stood at the meeting point for free. No tour guide appeared. Upon telephone inquiry we were told that we should use the later appointment. That's more than cheeky. Never again!

Bianca did a great job! She has shown interest in the group and told interesting stories (with a good sense of humour). We really appreciated the advice she gave to us for the rest of our stay in Prague. I found going to the castle by tram a little unnecessary but can see the point of it as some/ many may prefer not to walk the stairs.

Went on the 2 hour Prague Castle tour, led by Bianca, which was amazing. The only tour my partner and I have done on our holiday so far, and I'm glad we picked this one to do. Super informative and interesting, didn't get bored at all which is major for me. The only downfall was how cold it was on the day, but it was definitely worth it! Lovely tour guide made such a difference, thanks Bianca!

Our tour today was taken by Adam who was outstanding. We thought our tour of the Old Town yesterday which was with another tour company had been good but this was different class. He was a mind of useful & interesting information about Czech history and the castle. His delivery was so good too. Managed to balance what he had to say with humour which was just right. The time with him just flew. Well done Adam ....11 out 10.
