Ihre private Tour beginnt in Ihrem Hotel, wo Ihr Reiseleiter Sie abholt. Anschließend fahren Sie mit dem Taxi zum Königspalast von Madrid. Dort angekommen bringt Sie Ihr privater Guide dank der schnellen Eingänge unverzüglich in den Palast. Sie werden den schönsten königlichen Palast Europas in den verschiedenen Räumen entdecken, die die Geschichte geprägt haben. Ihr Historiker wird Ihnen die Geschichte dieses Palastes mitteilen, der viele Dynastien gekannt hat. Ihr Reiseleiter wird Sie in Ihrem Gästehaus abholen, um die Tour zu beginnen (bitte warten Sie in der Lobby Ihres Gästehaus auf Ihren Reiseleiter). Er wird einige Minuten vor dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt auf Sie warten. Die Fahrt vom Gästehaus zum Museum erfolgt mit dem Taxi und ist in der Gesamtdauer des Besuchs inbegriffen. Der Transfer erfolgt per Taxi (Kosten sind in der Tour enthalten). Bei Fragen zu Ihrer Behandlung zögern Sie bitte nicht, uns zu kontaktieren. Bitte beachten Sie: Die Fahrt erfolgt mit dem Taxi (Madrid City Taxi), dieser Besuch beinhaltet keinen privaten Chauffeurservice. Madrid ist eine Hauptstadt mit Verkehr, wir entschuldigen uns im Voraus für mögliche Staus während Ihrer Reise. Wenn Ihr Hotel in der Nähe eines der Museen liegt, können Sie die Strecke zu Fuß zurücklegen; bei sehr kurzen Distanzen ist kein Taxi nötig (und Sie sparen Zeit). Our tour of the Royal Palace was outstanding, especially our tour guide Cristiana. She communicated in advance of the tour, met us promptly at the start time and skipped the line for quick entry. The Royal Palace was spectacular and Cristiana provided wonderful commentary and historical perspective.

The title says everything. I was so aggravated by this. I would have bought tix in advance like I did for the Prado. Absolutely ridiculous!

Anna M. Was an outstanding guide, art major plus masters and she had a notebook of key Spanish maps and leaders which were very helpful in our understanding of Spanish history. Our guide Florine was incredible. Best tour guide by far on the two week trip. He was easy to understand, assisted us in getting a wheel chair for our 80 year old mother and was overall a very kind person. This tour stats that it has hotel pick up, which we understood to be transportation to the palace, it should say "your guide will meet you and walk to the palace with you" instead of hotel pick up. Other than the description being slightly miss leading I would say this is a really great tour!

Regarding hotel pick-up, this is always included in the tour. If your hotel is very close to the palace (as was your case), there's no point in taking a cab, as you'll lose time. If the hotel is further away, we always use a cab (offered in the tour). Our tours are suitable for everyone, and we make sure that transfers are as convenient as possible.
