Sho was very knowledgeable and friendly, he knows history and the latest happenings in the city. He was flexible to accommodate the interests of our family.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time with Sho. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future!
We were met by Seiko and Ebi san and had a lovely half day visiting all the places we wanted to see with good history and descriptions. Lovely people great company and we are happy to recommend them to others
Sieko was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable, she created an outstanding experience for our group!
That's our pleasure to hear that. Thank you for booking with us and I am so pleased that we could secure Ms.Seiko and also happy to be part of your tour!
The car was very comfortable We had a lovely guide but there didn’t seem to be much information about any of the sights we saw. A lot of it we felt we could have just got in a cab and done ourselves.
It comes to our huge surprise that you did not mention for the fact you overslept and was late for the meetup time for almost 1 hour, and we had all right to cancel the tour but accepted it you still wanted the tour. We are very sorry for it and it has been all recorded with Viator. Please have a safe trip in Japan.
You would think with a company as large as yours that there would be more than one person to conduct the tour. Our only time in Tokyo and it was ruined because you only had one person to give the tour and he got sick. we received a fast refund and that was all we got from you.
Our guide, Sho, was excellent. In just 4 hours he took us to 4 major sections of Tokyo. We were able to spend time at each location. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of our crazy questions with excellent English. Thanks for a fun time, Sho!!
Great tour with Sho, had a brilliant first day in Tokyo! Really good itinerary and interesting information along the way. Would highly recommend!
Naomi was wonderful! She was so kind and so knowledgeable. We were abke to tailor or day to exact what we wanted. Thank you!
Our guide, Syun was excellent. We took away so much from each place we visited. Our tour was the perfect combination of food, gardens, temples, Japanese history as well as architecture and an overview of the different neighborhoods in Tokyo. He took so many pictures for our collection. Just so very kind. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Thank you for your review, Karen-san! How was the Tokyo Marathon??? Yes, Syun is so happy to get your comment, and we all hope to host you again in the future! Thank you and arigato!
Emiko-san was our guide and made it a very enjoyable experience for my family and I. While I live in Japan I've never had the chance to explore Tokyo yet and it was a first time for my family too and we had a great time. We enjoyed all the sites we saw and Emiko-san was very informed about the temples, shrines, and palaces that we felt we learned so much. The company did a great job communicating with me and making a schedule that worked for my family and were quickly able to answer any of my questions. I would most definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to see a lot of Tokyo and have a good time doing so.
Brianna-san, Thank you for your message, and we will forward your review to Emiko-san! She will be so thrilled! Arigato, and please send our best regards to your family! Enjoy Tokyo!
