Auf dem Weg nach Potsdam sehen Sie das Olympiastadion, den Wannsee und die Spiesbrücke. In Potsdam schlendern Sie durch die schönen Gärten, sehen Cecilienhof und Sanssouci und machen auch Halt in der barocken Altstadt sowie im Niederländischen Viertel. Bitte beachten Sie : Der Cecilienhof ist ab dem 1. November 2024 wegen Renovierung geschlossen!! Dies ist eine private, 5-stündige Tour, die von einem Fahrer / Fortgeschrittener mit Live-Kommentaren an Bord eines klimatisierten Minivans geführt wird. Die Gruppengröße ist auf 6 Personen begrenzt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Museen (Wannsee Villa, Cecilienhof/Ort der Potsdamer Konferenz) montags geschlossen sind.

Dieser wunderschöne Palast wurde 1800 von König Friedrich I. für seine Frau in Auftrag gegeben. Friedrich II. Fügte die Flügel links und rechts hinzu.
Das Olympiastadion wurde 1936 für die Spiele gebaut. Hier gewann Jesse Owen seine vielen Goldmedaillen. Heute gibt es Sportveranstaltungen und manchmal Konzerte. Machen Sie ein Foto unter den berühmten Ringen.
Wir werden die "malerische Route" von Berlin nach Potsdam nehmen, damit Sie sehen, wie viel Grün es gibt, wie viele Seen und Kanäle es gibt. Sie passieren den Grunewaldturm und den Wannsee. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie in der Wannsee Villa Halt machen, wo 1942 die berüchtigte Konferenz stattfand.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Haus montags geschlossen ist. An allen anderen Tagen können Sie, wenn Sie möchten, das Haus betreten und sehen, wo die Konferenz stattgefunden hat.
In dieser einzigartigen Siedlung aus dem frühen 19. Jahrhundert befinden sich noch 13 Häuser für russische Gefangene, die damals Mitglieder des russischen Chores waren.
Dies ist der letzte Palast, den die Hohenzollern erbauten. Nach dem Krieg fand hier 1945 die Potsdamer Konferenz statt, die den Krieg beendete und Deutschland und Berlin in verschiedene Sektoren aufteilte. Wenn Sie möchten, besuchen Sie das Museum mit Audioguides. Montags geschlossen. Nach November 2024 für mehrere Jahre (!) geschlossen!
Die Altstadt von Potsdam wurde im Zweiten Weltkrieg leider von Bomben getroffen. Ein Großteil der Barockstadt blieb jedoch unversehrt. Es sind noch rund 200 Gebäude aus den 1740er Jahren erhalten und auch das alte holländische Viertel wurde restauriert. Sie fahren durch diesen schönen Teil von Potsdam und haben die Möglichkeit, Fotos zu machen oder einen Kaffee oder ein Mittagessen einzunehmen.
Der Sanssouci-Palast ist berühmt für die Aussicht vom Brunnen. Deshalb führt Sie Ihr Führer durch die Weinberge, damit Sie diese vorsichtige Aussicht genießen können. Sehen Sie auch, wo Frederic II begraben ist (neben seinen Hunden). Genießen Sie einen wunderschönen Spaziergang durch den Park.

We had a lovely time with our guide Thomas. He was on time and took us on a memorable journey to Wannsee and Potsdam. He was super knowledgeable about the area and the topics surrounding the German history. Visiting Wannsee and reading/learning about the history of what happened there was an eye opener. Potsdam was beautiful with all the castles and houses. Overall, it was a very good trip-well paced for 5 hours. One piece of advise- we barely had time for lunch-it may be better to pack your lunch and go on this trip.

Communicating with this tour group was exceptional. All my questions were quickly addressed. Loved the tour. There was no problem accommodating our request to be dropped off at the airport. The guide even escorted us inside and was willing to wait with us until we got to security. Our guide was articulate, knowledgeable, flexible and a lot of fun. The driver wasn't only a careful driver, he was humorous, and also gave the guide some added information to share.

Our guide, Thomas, really was excellent. His knowledge and stories about all the different places we visited and the people involved made for a most memorable day ! The history of everything from the the buildings on Unter den Linden , to the Olympic Stadium ,to the Bridge of Spies and onto the Wannsee Conference House and the palaces in Potsdam was brought to life by his engaging and highly interesting story telling ! We were in the east by campervan and our destination was Potsdam, Weimar and Erfurt. Every city had its highlights, but Potsdam was already special 😍. A great atmosphere, a special flair and the scent of lime have rounded off the stay. It was very nice there.

Thomas is an excellent guide who is very knowledgeable. He imparted many tidbits of information that we wouldn’t have found out otherwise. The ride in the van with Marius driving was very pleasant.
