Wir laden Sie zu einer besonderen Kulturreise ein. Es beinhaltet einen Besuch der beliebtesten und berühmtesten Schlösser Rumäniens, des Schlosses Peles und des Schlosses Bran (Draculas Schloss). Der letzte Teil des Tages führt uns zur Festung Rasnov oder nach Poiana Brasov. Und weil wir gerne flexibel sind, empfehlen wir Ihnen, die letzte Station selbst zu wählen. Wenn Sie sich also für Geschichte interessieren und die Festung Rasnov nicht verpassen möchten, können Sie sie besuchen. Alternativ können wir nach Poiana Brasov fahren, um einen angenehmen Spaziergang im berühmtesten Bergresort Rumäniens zu machen. Wenn Sie sich also entschieden haben, Siebenbürgen zu besuchen und seine Geschichte zu entdecken, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Unser erster Halt ist das Schloss Peles. Es gilt als das bedeutendste historische (deutsch beeinflusste) Architekturensemble in Rumänien. Aufgrund seines historischen und künstlerischen Wertes bleibt es eines der wichtigsten und schönsten Denkmäler in Europa und eine der meistbesuchten Touristenattraktionen in Rumänien (2. Platz nach Schloss Bran). Das Schloss wird Sie sicherlich durch seine Opulenz beeindrucken, durch die Tatsache, dass es 160 Zimmer hat und zu seiner Zeit vollständig elektrifiziert war. Es hatte auch einen Aufzug und eine bewegliche Glasdecke, die sich bei Bedarf öffnete. Früher beeindruckte der König seine Gäste, indem er ihnen den sommerlichen Sternenhimmel zeigte.
Nächster Halt: Draculas Schloss, angeblich die Residenz des Grafen Dracula Sie werden es keinen Moment bereuen, dieses Schloss zu besuchen, zumal es sich ganz in der Nähe von Brasov befindet. Sie werden von der Schönheit des Schlosses und vor allem von der Lage und Umgebung einfach verzaubert sein. Deshalb lade ich Sie ein, sich von Geschichte und Kultur mitreißen zu lassen und Sie werden mit einer außergewöhnlich positiven Seelenladung das Haus verlassen. Schloss Bran ist geschichtsträchtig. Die Figur des Grafen Dracula taucht erstmals in dem Roman „Dracula“ auf, der vom irischen Schriftsteller Bram Stoker geschrieben und 1897 in England veröffentlicht wurde. Ursprünglich ist der Name Dracula überhaupt nicht erschreckend. Es leitet sich von dem Namen eines Kreuzritterordens ab, dem Orden des Drachen, mit dem sowohl Vlad der Pfähler als auch sein Vater Vlad Dracul (ein Mitglied dieses Ordens) verbunden waren.
Der letzte Halt ist Ihre Wahl: Festung Rasnov oder Poiana Brasov Die Festung Râșnov ist eine der schönsten Festungen des rumänischen Landes. Es wurde von vielen Regisseuren für Dreharbeiten in verschiedenen Epochen ausgewählt, einer der wichtigsten Filme, die hier gedreht wurden, ist Cold Mountain, der Oscar-prämierte Film mit Nicole Kidman. Dieser felsige Gipfel wird seit der Zeit der Daker vor mehr als zweitausend Jahren verteidigt, wie jüngste archäologische Entdeckungen beweisen. Zu einer Zeit, als die Burg Bran noch nicht gebaut wurde, war Rasnov ein wichtiger Handels- und Steuerpunkt für die Kaufleute des Königshauses. Von hier aus können Sie die Kämme des Bucegi, das Postăvaru-Massiv und Piatra Craiului sehen. Sie können auch fast die gesamte Stadt Râșnov sehen, eine Kombination aus rumänischer und sächsischer Kultur, die sich auf 650 m Höhe befindet.
Poiana Brasov ist der begehrteste und beliebteste Ferienort in den Bergen im ganzen Land. Hier versammeln sich Winter für Winter Tausende von Wintersportlern wie Skifahren und Snowboarden. Poiana Brasov gleicht einer kleinen Stadt mit luxuriösen Hotels und guten Restaurants und gefällt allen, die hier ein paar Tage verbringen. In den letzten Jahren sind neue und moderne Orte entstanden, die den Komfort und die Zufriedenheit der Touristen erhöhen. Es wurden Hotels und Pensionen, Touristenhütten, eine Kirche, eine Eislaufbahn, ein Zoo, ein Schwimmbad, Sportplätze, Turnhallen, beschneite Pisten und Nachtanlagen, Skilifte, Sessellifte, Seilbahnen gebaut. Ein Spaziergang in Poiana Brasov kann genau das sein, was Sie nach einem Tag voller Geschichte brauchen. Es ist deine Entscheidung!

Friendly, chilled and informative guide. Provided options and flexibility when attractions were closed, which meant we had the opportunity to get into the mountain villages for amazing landscape views. Lovely experience and a great trip around the Brasov region.

To anyone not sure whether they should spend the extra money on a private tour, I would say absolutely yes! Dinu, our guide was absolutely fantastic. We arrived to Brasov by train from Budapest and had to leave again for a very specific train to continue to Bucharest that night. He monitored our train's progress and was there to greet us at the station as we arrived and he made sure that we were back in time for our evening train too. At every step, he was happy to customise our tour to our liking including taking us to a couple of food spots to try out some traditional dishes. The tour has quite a bit of driving, but there was never an awkward moment between him telling us about the history of Romania and the castles, answering our questions and just sharing stories from our lives. He offered to take lots of pictures of us and patiently waited (and joined!) when we wanted to say hi to the local cats 😅 Dinu made sure that our tour was a memory that will last forever and we wish him all the best.

I spent three wonderful days traveling with Ramona and Radu, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Each day was thoughtfully planned and completely different, showcasing a wide range of sites and experiences. On the first day, we visited the fortified churches of Prejmer and Hărman, followed by time in Poiana Brașov. It was a perfect introduction to the region’s history and scenery. The second day took us off the beaten path to the Vâltorile de la Lisa (Lisa Whirlpools), the Moara cu Noroc de la Ohaba (Lucky Ohaba Mill), and the impressive Făgăraș Fortress. This day was especially memorable for its mix of local traditions and medieval history. On the third day, we explored some of Romania’s most beautiful castles: Peleș, Pelișor, and Cantacuzino, each with its own unique character and story. Ramona and Radu were fantastic throughout the entire trip. Ramona was wonderful to work with during the planning process. She listened carefully to what I wanted to see, communicated openly, and helped create an itinerary that felt personal and well‑balanced. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. Ramona was fantastic. She did everything she could to ensure we had a great experience. We were first in to Peles Castle and therefore could experience with minimum disruption from crowds infront of us. This did mean going through at a pace but still enough time to listen and view it all. The Citadel was not available so she offered an alternative experience and offered advice on best ways to maximise time and money. She was knowledgeable on the history of the area and shared this with passion. Her vehicle was comfortable and clean.

What a legend! Dinu, our tour guide, was not only super knowledgeable but also hilarious and so much fun to hang out with. He has this way of making history and culture feel exciting instead of boring, and he sprinkled in just the right amount of jokes and stories to keep us entertained the whole time. Honestly, it felt like exploring with a really smart friend who knows all the secret spots. He made sure everyone felt comfortable, answered every random question we threw at him, and somehow managed to make the whole group laugh and learn at the same time. Definitely the highlight of our trip! Now here’s the twist—we didn’t even want to leave this review. Not because he wasn’t amazing (he totally was), but because he’s our little secret and we don’t want anyone stealing him from us. But he insisted we write something, so fine… here it is.
