Dieser Zeitplan ist der Grundfahrplan und kann je nach Boardingzeit variieren. Es ist ein maßgeschneiderter Tourplan für Kreuzfahrtkunden, die Jeju besuchen. Da die Aufenthaltszeit kurz ist, ist es notwendig, die Attraktionen schnell und sicher zu erleben. Es ist eine Gelegenheit, die coole Manjanggul-Höhle, ein Weltnaturerbe, und den Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, ein UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe, zu erleben und das Leben von Jeju haenyeo im Auge zu behalten. Wenn Sie den Jeju Olle Course 19 entlanggehen, stoßen Sie auf den Hamdeok Beach, der ein smaragdgrünes Juwel besitzt. Der Hamdeok-Strand in Hamdeok-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, wird auch „Hamdeok-Seoubong-Strand“ genannt, weil Oreum (Seoubong-Gipfel) direkt neben dem Strand liegt. Es ist nur 20 km vom Flughafen Jeju entfernt, aber sobald Sie hier ankommen, haben Sie das Gefühl, in einem anderen Land zu sein. Die hohen Palmen, die Sie vom Eingang aus begrüßen, das smaragdgrüne Meer, das einen Kontrast zum weißen Sand bildet, das klare Wasser und die weißen Wellen, die sogar den Sand und die Algen durchsichtig machen, sind so etwas. Wenn Sie unter den zahlreichen Stränden auf der Insel Jeju drei Orte mit der schönsten Meeresfarbe auswählen, sind es definitiv der Hyeopjae-Strand, der Gimnyeong-Strand und der Hamdeok-Strand. 성산일출봉 (seongsan illchulbong) Der Seongsan-Ilchulbong-Tuffkegel, ein Wahrzeichen von Jeju, entstand vor etwa 5.000 Jahren durch einen Magmaausbruch auf dem Meeresboden. Er ist vor allem als Aussichtspunkt für den Sonnenaufgang bekannt und gilt als eine der zehn schönsten Landschaften der Insel Jeju. Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone ist nicht nur für die Beobachtung des Sonnenaufgangs bekannt, sondern auch als hervorragender Wanderort. Der Seongsan-Ojo-Pfad verbindet zwei Dörfer, indem er den Gipfel überquert. Ein weiterer beliebter Weg, der Jijil Trail, bietet einen genaueren Einblick in den von der UNESCO ausgewiesenen Geopark sowie die lokale Kultur von Jeju. Um die Gegend wirklich zu erleben, empfiehlt sich ein Spaziergang auf einem dieser Wege. Wenn man bis zum Gipfel läuft, hat man Ausblicke sowohl auf den riesigen Vulkankrater in der Mitte als auch auf das blaue Meer, das die Gegend umgibt. Zum Abschluss Ihrer Reise fahren Sie zum Hafen von Seongsanpo, um Haenyeo (Taucherinnen) bei der Arbeit zu beobachten.
Jeju Haenyeo sind die starken Mütter von Jeju und die spirituellen Säulen der Bewohner von Jeju. Auch das Leben der Jeju-Haenyeo-Gemeinschaft ist ein Modell, das die Menschheit anstreben sollte. Jeju Haenyeo bildete eine leistungsorientierte Gemeinschaft und entschied demokratisch durch Diskussionen. Sie kümmerte sich nicht nur um ältere und gebrechliche Menschen wie Halmang Badang und Geseok, sondern sammelte mit ihren materiellen Gewinnen auch Spenden für die Gesellschaft, beispielsweise für Dörfer und Schulen. Sie erfand auch verschiedene Geräte, um mit dem Meer koexistieren zu können, etwa Strandfegen, Goldraub und Dialyse. Die Haenyeo-Kultur von Jeju wurde für ihren Wert anerkannt und am 30. November 2016 (Ortszeit) als immaterielles UNESCO-Kulturerbe der Menschheit registriert.
Den größten Fischmarkt finden Sie in Jeju-si, wo auch der Sanjicheon-Brunnen liegt. Der Dongmun-Marktplatz besteht aus dem Dongmun-Straßenmarkt, dem traditionellen Dongmun-Markt und dem Dongmun-Fischmarkt. Hier können Sie unter anderem Saisonfisch aller Art und eingelegten Fisch kaufen.
Das gesamte Dorf, das den Lebensraum der Menschen des alten Jeju bewahrt, wurde zum wichtigen folkloristischen Kulturerbe erklärt. Obwohl es als eine Art Volksdorf betrachtet werden kann, unterscheidet es sich von normalen Volksdörfern dadurch, dass noch heute Menschen darin leben. Die Dorfbewohner fungieren als ehrenamtliche Führer und bieten den Besuchern allerlei Informationen. Der Sägeblatt-Zürgelbaum und der Japanische Zürgelbaum im Zentrum des Dorfes sind einen Besuch wert.
Die Gesamtlänge der Manjanggul Lavaröhre beträgt ca. 7,4km. Es ist eine Lavaröhre, die teilweise mehrschichtig ist. Die Breite des Haupttunnels beträgt 18 m und die Höhe 23 m. Es ist eine der größten Lavaröhren der Welt. Es gibt viele Lavaröhren auf der Welt, aber Manjanggul Lavaröhre hat eine bedeutende Bedeutung insofern, als sie vor Tausenden von Jahren gebildet wurde, und sie ist sehr gut erhalten. Daher ist es für Forscher und Wissenschaftler sehr wertvoll. Aufgrund des Absinkens der Decke gibt es 3 Eingänge. Derjenige, den Touristen nutzen können, ist der zweite Eingang und sie dürfen nur bis zu 1 km hineingehen. Es gibt verschiedene Höhlenformationen im Lavatunnel in Manjanggul Lava Tube, wie Stalaktiten, Stalagmiten, Fließsteine, Lavaröhren, Lavaregale und Lavaflöße. Insbesondere die Lavasäule, die sich am Ende des touristischen Bereichs befindet, ist etwa 7,6 Meter hoch und gilt als die höchste Lavasäule der Welt.

Our guide, Mr. Ko, was very kind and helpful and took us to three amazing spots on our tour - the Stone Park, Seongsan Sunrise Peak, and Dongmun Market - all very interesting and photogenic in different ways. We saw a lot of the island, too, as the sights were a little far apart. Mr. Ko’s vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable and he was a good driver. Although he didn’t speak a lot of English, we were able to communicate.

Mr. Ko took our family of 7 to the east side of Jeju Island to explore. There was communication prior to the tour to make sure we knew where to meet him, the tour itself was very interesting and he went out of his way to accommodate us by taking half the group to one restaurant since they wanted seafood, while the other half wanted to have some Black pork for lunch.

Unfortunately the day we visited Jeju it rained constantly. Our driver/guide did his best to make our visit interesting. The weather was against him! The taxi/people carrier was very comfortable.

This was a wonderful tour as we got to see beautiful highlights of the island on a short port day off of a cruise. Our tour guide was incredibly attentive, and at one point went above and beyond the call of duty to get a dear friend’s sunglasses out of a sewer grate. Long story there, lol. He brought us to a wonderful place for lunch, with authentic, local food. The only downside to this entire tour was that he was not really English-speaking. We feel like we could have learned a lot more about the area if we were able to communicate more with him. But as far as feeling safe, seeing very interesting things, and, being well looked after, he met those aspects with a bright shining star!
