Die König-Abdullah-I-Moschee mit blauer Kuppel, die in den 1980er Jahren vom verstorbenen König Hussein als Denkmal für seinen Großvater erbaut wurde, ist für nicht-muslimische Besucher geöffnet. Das Kirchenschiff mit einer Fläche von 1.615 m2 bietet Platz für 3.000 Gläubige. Es ist achteckig und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass es keine Säulen im Inneren hat. Seine Kuppel von 35 m Durchmesser hat eine Höhe von 31 m. In der Mitte wurde eine Strahlungsquelle in Form eines goldenen Sterns platziert, der in den neunundneunzig schönsten Namen Allahs gipfelt und den Hals der Kuppel umgibt. Der aufgehängte Kronleuchter aus 168 Laternen besteht aus drei Kreisen mit dem Heiligen Koranvers, wobei das Wort Allah auf jeder Laterne wiederkehrt. Das fruchtbare Land drückt sich in Form eines roten Teppichs aus einem dekorativen Textil mit wiederkehrenden Mustern aus, das die Anbeter zur Kiblah lenken soll. Alle Wände, einschließlich der Kiblah, der Kanzel und des Mihrab, sind mit Erkern aus Holz und Marmor verkleidet.
Jabal al-Qala ist einer der sieben Berge von Amman, die die Ammonier lange Zeit als Sitz ihrer Herrschaft in der Stadt einnahmen, gefolgt von Griechen, Römern und Byzantinern, die die Stadt jeweils besetzten, bis sie von der islamischen Eroberung besetzt wurde dem 7. Das römische Amphitheater ist ein römisches Theater im östlichen Teil der jordanischen Hauptstadt Amman, genau am Fuße des Berges Jufa auf einem der Hügel gegenüber der Burg von Amman. Eine griechische Schrift auf einer der Säulen weist darauf hin, dass dieses Amphitheater zu Ehren von Kaiser Antonius Pius erbaut wurde, der Amman im Jahr 130 n. Chr. besuchte.

Perfect tour to see all amman and enjoy the cultural My driver Tareq was great and I highly recommended this tour
We booked the Amman Private City Tour during our stay in Jordan and it was a great way to explore the capital city in a short time. The tour lasted around 4–5 hours, which was a comfortable length to visit the main highlights of Amman without feeling rushed. We traveled comfortably between different locations and appreciated having a private guide who could explain the history and stories behind each place. The highlight for us was visiting the Amman Citadel, where we enjoyed amazing views over the city and learned more about Jordan’s ancient history. We also enjoyed seeing the Roman Theatre and discovering the contrast between Amman’s historical landmarks and modern neighborhoods. The private format made the experience more flexible. We could spend more time at places we were interested in, take photos, and ask questions along the way. The guide also shared useful recommendations for local food and other places to visit during our stay.
Great way to see the famous sites of the beautiful city of Amman So many ancient archaeological sites to see it was amazing
Worst company ever. The tour is basically is a driver that take you to that sights that you have to pay for, you could hire a taxi to take you around and it would be cheaper. The driver was excellent though, very nice and kind, his English was limited but he tried his best. The company wanted to charge me $100 euros to pick me up at the airport and I had booked this tour to be picked up at the airport, I asked when I booked and they said it was ok, but the wait until the day before to tell it’s a different price, make that make sense when they could have told me when I booked and paid, if they told me it’s a different price viator would send me a long to book the right price, anyways I told the company I could pay $30 that is the avarage for transfers from the airport to the city. The company said no, so I took a taxi from the airport for $20 Jordanian money. I was so disappointed with this company more than the actual tour
so many wrong info in this review, first this tour pickup is from Amman not from airport and it's so clear, and we have other tour start from airport witch have a different price, cuz airport is out of the city, also we didn't asked for extra 100 USD for airport pickup, we told you that the extra charges is 50 USD witch is 35 JD, cuz you was 4 traveler, and require a minivan not car, and the minivan from airport to Amman is 50 JD, but we make a discount, also we informed you if you want to get to Amman and start the tour from there we will not charge any extra, so when you add wrong info make sure that we will reply for that, and regarding the driver, he's expert driver and speak excellent English with permit to driver tourist in the end we don't care for your review because you try to get free airport pickup and when you couldn't, you added this, and we are one of the high rated agency for Amman city tour cuz our service is the best

The half day tour encompassed the Citadel, the Roman Theater, and the King Abdullah Mosque. Driver very nice but essentially a taxi cab.

A great way to see the highlights with limited time. Our driver was really flexible. We were never rushed and had plenty of time to see everything as we wanted. He made certain we got to the entrances and that we knew what we were doing and where he would be waiting, which he was even if we were early. Great local knowledge. Felt really safe. Definitely recommend.
