Lisa was fantastic! She had so much energy, was funny, knowledgeable, and personable. The tour was just my family, and we all had so much fun. Lisa's stories were gruesome and funny and surprising, including true stories and legends. Highly recommend!
We loved our Private Vienna Ghost Tour and our guide, Lisa! She had the very best stories and we had so much fun walking around and learning about Vienna history. We saw many different sites and she had interesting information on everything. The pace of the walk was great, and she took the time to answer our questions. I would recommend Lisa to anyone, she has great energy and made the tour so enjoyable!
There was a glitch. The tour operator never got the booking from Viator. We showed up on tine but no one ever met us. She called later after getting my texts to apologize and said she never heard from you. We were very disappointed!!!
Hi Anne, I'm so sorry again for what happened. I spoke with Viator again after we talked, and you should already have been reimbursed for the tour. I deeply apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience and especially the disappointment your grandkids must have felt! I hope you were still able to have a nice time in Vienna.
Lisa and her little sidekick (also Lisa) took us on a 90 minute adventure through the streets and alleys of central Vienna. Interesting and captivating stories at every stop. Pace was perfect and cobbled streets were level and easy to navigate. Lisa is energetic and a natural storyteller. Although an Austrian, she spent enough USA time to speak unaccented American English. Spent one-on-one time, speaking with many of the tour guests between stories. A fountain of information. Deserves every star in the rating. Our group of 4 was 22 y/o to 75 y/o and we were richly rewarded with a fun evening.

Lisa was the best!!!! She had remarkable energy and told us the most fascinating secrets of Vienna. She was a wealth of knowledge in regard to the tour and additional travel tips. My entire family loved this experience and we would highly recommend this tour to anyone!
What a wonderful tour of creepy/spooky Vienna. Lisa was phenomenal! She is so engaging and great at story telling, my two kids were discussing the stories till the next morning. The hour and a half flew like a breeze. Some of the stories were deliciously frightening!
Lisa was a great guide, energetic and very friendly. The tour was informative, she was easy to follow and understand (odd stories on ghost tours, but that’s the point!) and we had a blast!
Wow-we booked this last minute for my partner and my mom as something to do in Vienna when other plans fell through-THANK YOU LISA!! We had the absolute best time with you, walking Vienna and learning creepy history! Don’t make a deal with the Devil…but please make a deal with Lisa! Highly recommend!
