Private Sightseeing-Tour in und um Ocho Rios

The tour was amazing, Mr. Leroy was a fantastic tour guide , very courteous, patient , and informative about the places he took us to see . Being to places we have never been before on learning alot about jamaica experiences was a blast the site seeing on the over view is alot to talk about and see 😉😊 Thank you Mr. Leroy , definitely recommend him for your next tour whenever your in Jamaica.

Driver was great would highly recommend winston as a driver. Showed us around ocho rio and took us to a shopping center and took us to lunch at a place he recommended and it was amazing. Will request him again next time we come.

Winston was our guide, and he was fantastic! After introductions and some background information about the area, he asked us about our interests and tailored the tour to what we wanted. We were more interested in seeing nature and life in the rural areas, so he took us out of the city for most of the tour. He was extremely knowledgeable about the plant life, fruits, vegetables, spices, etc. and stopped often to show us different plants and trees. We asked him for recommendations for food, and he took us to an excellent jerk center, helped us order, and ate lunch with us. We only did a little shopping, but before stopping at the shops, Winston helped us understand what to expect and how to shop. Overall, Winston was very hospitable and made the tour very enjoyable!

Winston was an excellent tour guide. We wanted to see and experience the culture of Jamaica and he provided just that. We had ages 2 to 70 and he was patient and kind to all of us. Would like to return and see even more with Winston as our guide.

Winston Gayle is an excellent guide. I love how who took time to show us both the rich and the poorer areas of Ocho Rios. He was also a wealth of knowledge on the local plants and herbs and how beneficial they are for the body. The next time I go to Jamaica I will be using Winston as my guide and I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.

I found Mr. Winston on Viator with extremely good reviews. I decided to reached out privately and inquire about what I wanted, which was a private driver to drive myself and my boyfriend around. He answered within a few hours, answered all my questions and helped me set an agenda. We were on a cruise that was scheduled to dock in Ocho Rios and would not have internet on the cruise, which was no issue at all for Mr. Winston. Once docked at the port, we walked a few minutes into the main land and was met by Mr. Winston who held up a sign with my name. We told him what we were interested in doing and he advised on a timely agenda with guarantee to get us back to port before final boarding. We did rafting ($80 for 2 adults, paid at the starting point to the rafting company staff). We had a blast. It was relaxing and fun. After rafting we went to Konoko Falls and Botanical Gardens ($40 for 2 adults, admission to the gardens and falls). At the gardens we were given a private tour by one of the guides on site, he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We got to climb the falls with the help of a life guard on duty, and he even took pictures of us. They have bathrooms and changing areas at the gardens/falls. We then went to get some authentic Jamaican jerk which was great. After a relaxing and yummy meal we went shopping. Shopping was also great. Finally we were driven back to port, right in front of the gate, way before final boarding. Mr. Winston was very knowledgeable of the towns we drove through. He even stopped for us to grab some fruits from some road side vendors. He was respectful, polite and patient at all times. Also, he knows a ton of people so we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable since at every stop, he ensured to introduce us to people/vendors he knew and trusted. NOTE: I contacted a few tour guides in Ocho Rios and Mr. Winston was the most affordable considering the services offered. I recommend him 100%!!!
