We booked a private tour with Santo Go and it was one of the best decisions of our trip to Santorini. Our driver was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the island. He showed us amazing spots, explained local history and culture, and gave us great tips that only locals know. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable, and the whole experience felt relaxed and perfectly organized. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time for photos at the most beautiful locations. This was not just a transfer, but a true personalized tour of Santorini. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the island we would definitely choose Santo Go again!
I booked a tour in Santorini. The tour guide was 1 hour and 10 minutes late which resulted in us not being able to go due to our next set of plans. I have called amd requested a refund but have not heard back.

Amazing day with Elena & our chauffeur in a great comfortable car. Elena took good care of of us taking us to wonderful towns and villas with flexibility to do the wine museum & tasting along with lunch along the black sand beach. We enjoyed the insight into Santorini history and culture while visiting beautiful sights for wonderful pictures.
We canceled the day before because they failed to provide any details as to where to meet our driver. Having canceled, as we were tendering off of our ship to visit Santorini on a free tour, we got an e-mail saying where to meet. And it was at a different port than we had requested. Poor communication. We have requested a refund, but I am doubtful since they have not responded to 3 other e-mails
Did not have the same guide as previous reviews on this guided tour. Just a driver, not a guide, I better rent a car and drive myself. The driver, a very polite young man but absolutely useless as a guide, no comments during the drive and at each stage we visited alone while the other tourists were accompanied by their guide. Ours was quietly waiting for us at the car. He even tried not to take us to the black beach by justifying that it was the same as the red beach but different color...
English could have been better but as satisfactory. Needed a toilet break during the 4 hour tour - should be scheduled or asked and locate the toilet for the customers. Guide was very friendly and actually took us to additional locations for our private tour.
This was a Private tour with 6 of us coming of an RCL Voyager of the Seas. The driver also wanted to make sure we saw all the local secret beach areas and we had lunch at the best NON TOURIST greek restaurant. We went from the highest point to the Red and the Black beach and in all we went to probably 10 seprate areas that would not be possible on a GROUP tour, The driver even extended for an extra hour to show just one more spot and was breath taking! We would use him again.
Very nice experience with our driver Kostas, kind, punctual and intentional. He did a very good job. He even showed us a place not foreseen in our itinerary but while respecting the planned deadline of visit.
