Private Rundfahrt: Tour durch London mit Chauffeur

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour! Our guide, Dennis, knows everything that there is to know about London, past and present, including best spots for pictures and views of the top attractions!

Hello, I had hired an excursion for today, I have been sent a very friendly Spanish speaking guide but with little knowledge of the city and the monuments, he has told us to go to see several q were free and have turned out that they were all paying ... we asked him that we wanted to see the changing of the guard and we have arrived late, with the changing of the guard started because the car q we were going to has broken down and we had to walk ... he has taken us to go the big ben knowing that it is in the works and you can not see ... we have spent almost all the time waiting for different cars to pick us up ... ill educated drivers who have left us where they wanted ... if our car breaks down the normal is to assign another ... At 12.45 pm the guide has left us in the Tower of London... we have asked them q since the Service had been nefarious... and q was an hour and a half away from the end of the excursion q please send us a car for when we left De la Torre and be able to return to our hotel... and we have been told q no... so I feel conned... we have not been able to see practically anything... we have missed the changing of the guard... the guide was not prepared for such an excursion... and above all after being comprehensive and having to walk quite a bit, by the breakdown... then they have not even had any deference... So I'm pretty disappointed... almost €400 dumped... an embarrassment of Service...

<p>This chauffeur driven tour had way too much walking. The driver could have taken us much closer to the Buckingham Palace and the changing of the guard and the good photo spot as advertised did not exist. Also had to walk a very long distance to the Palace and back to the limo!! Also they drove past or drove by too fast for several photo spots. Fairly long walk to the Nelson monument, Westminster Abby, etc.</p>

Could not get to see as much because of traffic congestion. A lot of money for what we were able to see in London.. Had to walk more than we wanted because the limo could not get through traffic. Needed more time.

<p>Tour guide was knowledgeable, site selection very good. Driver a bit moody but with London traffic who wouldn’t?!</p>

<p>Tour seemed thrown together not professional. Car was too small for 4 people making it uncomfortable. Tour guide did a good job despite the rain but not sure had a lot of knowledge about London.</p>

<p>Hilary was such a joy! She was knowledgeable, entertaining and fun to be around. The tour was the perfect introduction to London! Highly recommend!</p>

<p>Not a good experience. Driver had poor English skills and first tour guide did not show at all. We spent time traveling to pick up a second guide who turned out to be French! Enough said.</p>

<p>Hillary our guide as a fantastic lady. She knows very very well outside and inside of London. She knows everything about government and Royal Family also</p>

<p>The guide conducted the tour well. We were able to cover many of the iconic sites and places of interest in London. A most unforgetable part of the tour was being able to catch the change of guards at Buckingham Palace witness very close range. Guide knew exactly where we should position ourselves.</p>
