Dieser Fluss ist die natürliche Südgrenze des Nationalparks Manuel Antonio. Der Abschnitt, den Sie erkunden werden, führt von der Stadt Villanueva in den Bergen bis zur Llamarón-Brücke an der Straße von Quepos nach Dominical. Auf diesen 8 Meilen von Wildwasser werden Sie Stromschnellen wie "La Piñata", "El Cesar" und "Robin Hood" laufen lassen, die die ersten 5 Meilen ununterbrochener Action ausführen. In der zweiten Hälfte des Laufs öffnet sich der Fluss auf dem flachen Pazifikland, so dass Sie die Aussicht auf viele Vogelarten wie den Ringed King Fisher, Tiger Herons und den White Ibis genießen können. Mit etwas Glück sehen Sie möglicherweise einen der Flussotter oder Krokodile, die am Fluss leben. .

Reiseverlauf
Die Reise beginnt in Ihrem Hotel. Dort holt Sie ein Kleinbus ab und bringt Sie zum Abholpunkt, an dem Sie für die Reise einchecken. Die Fahrt zum Fluss dauert ungefähr 35 Minuten und führt durch Ölpalmen-, Melina-, Teak-Plantagen und ein paar costaricanische Kleinstädte. Dort werden Sie von den Guides aufgerüstet und nach einem Sicherheitsgespräch beginnen Sie Ihren Abstieg über die Stromschnellen des mächtigen Naranjo-Flusses. Die Flussfahrt dauert ca. 1 Stunde und 45 Minuten und Sie halten an einem der Flussufer, um einen köstlichen Snack zu sich zu nehmen.

FIVE OUT OF FIVE!! If you want to have the time of your life seeing the real beauty of Costa Rica, go with H20 Adventures and Rafting! They are extremely knowledgeable! But best of all they are fun! Safety is their top priority and everyone we had the privilege to be in contact with was professional and genuinely kind. We laughed our way down the river while having the time of our life seeing all the beautiful nature Costa Rica has to offer. If you miss this opportunity to take an adventure with H20, you have missed one of the best adventures in the area! Enjoy, you will be extremely happy for the experience!
We loved our rafting trip with Gregory and Lando! We were running a little late and they easily adjusted to make it work! The rover was beautiful and the rapids were great including the “surfing”. Our kids really enjoyed it! Highly recommend!!
This was our first time rafting. We were a bit nervous about it at first but it turned out to be a fun experience. I highly recommend H2O Adventure Rafting out of Quepo. Jonathan, Landon, and Jose are a great team, they explain things well and keep you safe. Try it !
Such an amazing and adventurous times!!! Went with 2 kids, did rapids 3-4. The team is extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the river and the rafting itself.Gregory and John were our instructors in the raft, taught us how to properly paddle and work as a team. Landon was out safely guard, he was rafting in front to make sure we are safe at all the times, he also helped us to get back in the raft after falling. El Capitan the most fun and experienced driver, took us through the tiny and steep jungle roads! Will definitely do it all over again!!! Pura Vida to all the team !!!

Super experience on the orange grove. We went with guides Flippy and Eric, and at every moment we felt safe and well cared for. We had so much fun!! Super recommended!

A highlight of our vacation. The rafting crew- Eric, "Flippy," Lando and Capitan were very thoughtful and attentive. They made sure to keep us safe, yet have a good time. The stop at Aroyyo waterfall was awesome and we had the waterfall to ourselves, a bonus of going off-season. There was a dedicated photographer for us. The snack mid-trip was delicious and refreshing, and so was the lunch later, which was prepared by a "mom and pop" family team. At the waterfall, Lando showed us these little plants that if you touch, they immediately retract all their leaves. Flippy pointed out to us the narrow bridge that allows local children to cross the river to go to school, and shared details about how the trek to school has changed over the years. "Flippy" made sure the nickname was just a jest- no one went overboard. Kids are 10, 13 and 15.
Awesome, awesome, awesome! The whole experience was terrific. Me, my wife, son (16), daughter (12) had the best time. Very safe, professional. I highly recommend this experience and this company. They go above and beyond to make you feel safe and they are very accommodating.
