Private Phi Phi Islands & Bamboo Ganztagestour mit Schnorcheln

Awesome trip and must do! It was my first time traveling to Phi Phil Islands and I chose to go with Sawanu Travels, and I was totally amazed by their spectacular service right from the word go. I booked their package through a local operator situated right next to my hotel at Oceanfront. Name of the Operator is Nancy tours and the person who completed the formalities goes by the name of Tina who was very helpful in explaining each and every detail to me. All of it on the tour was as promised by her. So good job Tina and Nancy Tours. It was great experience at the Sawanu Lounge at the Marina Bay pier where we had some refreshments. We boarded the catamaran which was extremely clean. Our guides were Tommy and Po Po, both of whom were really gently and helpful. Rainy, one of the crew members, also helped us with our stuff and took special care of my family. The journey was extremely smooth. We were provided with refreshments on board. Constant guidance was provided by both the guides in both English and Thai languages. They took extra care just to ensure no one was left behind wherever we stopped. All the locations were covered as promised. Stop time was about 20 mins at each location. Lunch was good too, with veg and non veg options. I personally liked the veg options more. We did swimming, snorkelling and kayaking. It was my first time doing snorkelling, and it was an out-worldly experience for me, since I am huge admirer of marine life all my life. Admission fees to all major attractions were covered in the package so you don't have to worry about spending a dime at any of the stops, apart from the refreshments ofcourse. One point I definitely loved was that the crowd was surprisingly lower to what I was expecting it to be. It was not at all crowded and we were able to get very clear pictures of us with hardly any people in the background. So great job organizing it this way. The best part of the whole tour was the guides helping you at every step and taking extra care of you. It felt like family. Overall, a great experience and I would love to go with them again, this time maybe to Simian islands.

Avoid these trips, you save money and time. You feel like a product on an assembly line. With hindsight, I wouldn't even pay 100 baths for this. Tourist trap deluxe. Neither relaxing nor enjoyable. Mass tourism at its worst. Funny.

Great day out with Bella, Alice and Nikita on Sawanu Travel. Everything was included (except for the long tail boats at one of the lagoons, which you could rent for extra). Hotel transfer, breakfast, lunch and snacks. Would go again. If you get sea sick - would reccomend taking the sea sickness tablets they give you. The bigger the boat = less rocky

WoW!! What an amazing company and people SAWANU travel is , from the time of booking with Yai ( what a lovely and professional lady) to the tour, it was such a great experience. One of our tour guide on the tour was named Tequila, and he made our time so special as i had a 8 year old and a elderly with me and my husband. They were exsstremly helpful and patient and i have to take my hat of to all of you. You really do make the tours special and you feel like you want to go back for more. Well done to the Sawanu team, keep up the good work!! Pather Family.

My son and I were lucky enough to do this tour on 17/04/25. An experience of a lifetime! Extremely good value included all transfers from our hotel which took 90min each way in the Phuket traffic. Main guide Nook was amazing, very funny and humble. Food was great, plenty of water bottles for the heat and refreshing Thai soft drink cans.The catamaran was smooth sailing as I am nervous on boats, hardly felt a bump. The kind crew even helped me try scuber diving by providing me with a board too hold onto whilst learning. Amazing. Thank you nook and crew!

It’s very good trip especially with Isabelle she was a grate and helpful guide And every thing was five star and the food was delicious

Let me start by saying what you see on the brochure is not what you get !!! From the moment we arrived at the pier it was utter chaos people everywhere and looked completely unorganised then to even think you could have the so called breakfast buffet is a farce no hygiene people using bare hands to grab food forget it !! Then a brief talk about the tour and onto a large boat that seats around 60 people and full you cannot see anything from your seat you cannot stand up or walk around. First island was so crowded you could barely find a gap to swim people and boats everywhere!! Then off to phi phi don to view monkeys nothing exciting there then onto the main island for lunch or should I say more chaos led into a large room with another buffet that was horrendous barely edible food and poorly presented again misleading , then off to phi phi lake the main attraction!! What a disappointment!! Full of boats everywhere fighting for positions water was cloudy and nothing like the pictures !! Then snorkeling around the corner was very ordinary hundreds of people together in small area again chaos !! I could keep going on but I think you get the point !! Do yourself a favour and stay away from this tour grab a smaller boat that allows freedom !!

Brilliant tour and fabulous day out led by Sky and Sprite. These two along with the rest of the crew made our day truly enjoyable, a beautiful place to visit and spend time enjoying snorkelling, bamboo island and seeing the monkeys

This is the worst tour I have ever done. First problem was the boat. We could not look out the windows at all as they were too high. To see the scenery we stood up. The railing on the deck is about thigh height so dangerous. There is an upper deck again with low rails and no seating so people sat on the deck to have the bbq. When we got off to go and look at The Beach [that's right we are only allowed to look], there hundreds and hundreds of people getting off or on the boats. It was awful. I love snorkling but I am not going to snorkel with oodles of other people . If they couldn't swim they were told to put on a life jacket and jump in. People who had never snorkeled before enjoyed it . I think Thailand is ruining its tourism as fast as it can.

Overall great day out with beautiful scenery. Boat is spacious, stable while fast commuting and crew are outstanding. You get served snacks, lunch on island was good and all the way the staff are keen on making you happy. I didnt like the boat design, you have to stay for almost 3 hours with zero view while this is the purpose of the trip, the sides are high so you can’t barely see anything and you can’t move to the upper deck for safe reasons. That’s a turn off!
